Starbucks - Coffee shop in Fountain Valley - Callens Corner, 18523 Brookhurst St, USA

Ordered online picked up within five minutes. Very fast service here. Also, picked up some of their nice holiday tumblers😌

I've come here twice, and both experiences were not pleasant due to the tall reddish-blonde with ear pierced batista guy. My first encounter with him was when I asked for the tray to hold my 6 drinks. It was dramatic of him to hand out the trays. I was shocked, and the lady next to me was too. We both laughed. Earlier, I ordered 3 drinks. There was only one girl making all the drinks while the others were standing the opposite end talking. Two of my drinks already made, and I waited for my third. She made 4 other drinks before mine, which was fine because she was making them by the order and she was the only one working. When I saw mine being done, and it just happen the same tall, reddish-blonde, ear pierced batista came over. I spoke up and said, "These two are mine, and I'm waiting for my third one. I think it's on the counter over there." His sarcastic comment and his demeaning tone of how busy the place was, was annoying. Then I asked for the tray...oh my...the tray. So theatrical.

A very clean and professional store. I love the mural, and the service was always very fast and kind. There was a older hipster vibe with a lot of people working on laptops. The store has a chill phrontistery feel. I have been here a few times, and it was always consistently good.

This Starbucks location has the greatest staff , they are very friendly and always greet you with a smile in their voice even though you can't see it because it's under a mask. right now the holiday drinks are booming and the store looks cute and it's decorated nicely. Thank you Starbucks for keeping us drinking great coffee 😄

Love it but the tipping option makes me feel uncomfortable. Also the drinks are full of sugar and not strong enough.Btw this applies to all Starbucks NOT just this one.

1.5 hr notice of having a company meeting at 7 am. I couldn't order the box of coffee online. Upon arrival, 3 employees, no one in line, and a few customers dining in. It took about 20 mins for the coffee. During my wait, the conversation, engagement, friendliness, and exceptional customer service. Josh was able to provide extra customer service when he gave me extra cream because he knew it was the first box of coffee I ever order and I was running out of time, I didn't have to ask he saw my need and met it. Well done Team

A beautiful store, but their restrooms need some deep cleaning!!

Such fast service, super friendly baristas, and just a cute personal vibe. Doesn’t feel like just another chain Starbucks.
