Starbucks - Coffee shop in Margate - 6700 W Atlantic Blvd, USA

I asked twice if I can get the cup filled because for $6 for a cup of coffee and it’s not even full and the second time to get it the same way is just a complete robbery!!! This is why I stopped going to Starbucks and started brewing at home! Starbucks isn’t the same anymore!!! The staff was kind but if you clearly see the cup isn’t full then be kind enough to fix it but that didn’t happen!!!!

Roach! 1st time coming to this location around 8pm Friday night. There is a drive thru but no one else inside of the store was waiting for anything. Took entirely too long for a cup of tea during non peak hours. After I had powered on my laptop etc and was wondering if they forgot my order, I went back to stand by the pick up counter and finally received my drink after standing there. It just made me feel like they weren’t prioritizing my order at all because I was sitting in and appeared to not be in a rush. Next unfortunate event….I was sitting at a table near the window and a small roach came onto the table….next to my tea 🤮. I didn’t overreact at first (we are in Florida) but then I got so grossed out realizing this roach just crawled onto a table in the middle of the day. It wasn’t a palmetto or just an accidental outside roach that got in. A small or baby roach like that makes you think there must be a roach infestation. I proceeded to tell the barista nice and quietly. Let me tell you, the reaction I received was not what I expected. It was almost like as if she didn’t believe me. Perhaps she just doesn’t know how to handle the situation, she said she would go over to the table, I said that was quite alright, but I was letting her know in case they should be calling an exterminator or something. I did not get the impression that anything was going to be done. I will not be retuning to this location.

We had our knitting/crafting night here for the first time, and it was perfect. There was a wheelchair accessible table for me to use, and lighting was sufficient to see our work. Will definitely be back again. Staff were very friendly.

I was very disappointed this morning, as there was a fly on my cheese Danish. Unfortunately, I already took a few bites before I found it. I had the urge to vomit 🤢🤮 instantly. I usually go through the drive through so I didn’t notice how messy they were until I went inside to return the fly and remainder of the Danish. I will never go back to this location. Please get it together. Thank you in advance.

I ordered my usual drink and noticed that it tasted a little watered down. I asked the barista to remake and she did to my specifications a grande white chocolate mocha with three espresso shots and five pumps of white chocolate and it tasted just as bad. I believe they have watered down their syrups because I have never had this happen before. I went to another Starbucks and it was perfect.

Yesterday I ordered my latte with no foam. The girl handed it to me and there was hardly any milk. I asked her to make it non fat no foam at all. She poured the one out I handed back to her and another girl made it the same way. Half foam. I want no foam! Picture coming

This is my to go Starbucks place I’ve dined in and had to go orders as well. The service is pretty fast you won’t wait long even on their busiest time. I’m very picky when it comes to coffee, they make it right usually the first time, I don’t have to change it or modify anything. They are amazing very friendly staff. Love this Starbucks location

Shop was quiet although the majority of seats were taken. We were greeted upon entering and our order taken quickly. My cafe mocha was perfect!!
