Starbucks - Coffee shop in Fresno - Northgate Shopping Center, 5347 N Blackstone Ave, USA

A Starbucks location I love coming to. Every time I come they are always quick and efficient. The barista named Ethan always remembers me whenever I go by for my morning drink before work. He’s so sweet and always makes my day with our small chats. The staff are always great when I go.

Went in this Morning at 5:30am and nobody answered at drive through, waited 10 min went around and the girls were talking so I left. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Went back in at 8 and ordered my coffee I asked the girl what time they open she said I don’t open so I don’t know maybe 5. I said I was there at 5:30 and no one answered she said oh maybe I’m wrong no cares on the world. If I based the whole company on this one girl, they would get a F- some people just don’t care. This is why I go to Dutch or another shop.

Superb customer service at this location! Employees were friendly and quick to acknowledge customers as they came in. My coffee was prepared quickly and it was delicious! I was so impressed with the personal service here that I stopped to talk to the manager to compliment him on his staff and to thank him for a wonderful experience!

Stopped by around 8:30pm on a Sunday, as I am headed out of town on 3 hr drive. Got 1/2 caf white mocha. The taste was great and the line moved well. The person before me drove off with only one of their 2 drinks apparently, so small mix up on that. My order was still ready and nice n hot for me to drink.

Staff was friendly and they made my drink right. Pretty much all I look for in a Starbucks visit.

This is so nasty I got my kids a drink and when my daughter opened her lid she see a big fly in her cup I know the workers hat to see this before putting the lid on I will never go to this Starbucks again so make sure you check your drinks before drinking them🤢🤢🤢

Really wish customer service was just automatic, and we didn't live in a world where you have to throw a fit to get good service. If customer asks if my drink is still hot your answer shouldn't be oh its warm. It's a rainy day I want my drink HOT.

The service here is excellent. Most if not all the staff are really friendly. I enjoy coming to this location compared to any other in a 5 mile radius because of the quality of their staff and products available.
