Normally super happy with this Starbucks, but maybe update your hours. Was meeting someone there at 6:45PM and cafe was closed even though they are open until 8PM. Kind of frustrating and misleading.
I got my coffee Christmas morning and was met with the happiest jolliest employee I’ve ever met. Faith! She made my experience and morning start off so well. So thankful for the experience! 10/10 employee!
Consistently not giving you enough coffee. Every time but this is the worst. I get leaving room for whipped cream but an entire inch? If I'm paying $7 for coffee I want the whole cup. Ordered a venti and got a grande. Starbucks on 120 fills the cup. Don't waste your money here.
Was in a hurry, went through the drive thru tonight, ordered a venti caramel macchiato, left got a mile away & when I drank it, it was literally like sugar creamer water.. worst ever & I didn't have time to go back. Nothing about this was a macchiato (pics)& it wasn't even full, so no clue how they wouldn't know what they served.
Giving 2 stars because I’m nice. Ordered 2 drinks, one for me and wife, but she rang me up for three. While waiting for them I looked at the receipt and saw 3rd item, a mocha I never even discussed. Never ordered these before because I’m not a Starbucks groupie, so I didn’t realize price was wrong until I saw receipt. So I went to the register for clarification and to stop them from making a third drink. I was abruptly told to wait my turn but I tried to explain that it was a simple question, and she looked at me and said: “I told you I’d help after I’m done helping this gentleman.” Very rude. Needless to say they wasted a drink they shouldn’t have made. Got the two I ordered and was asked if I wanted a drink caddy. No thank you, no warm smile. Nothing. This place needs to get nicer people. Won’t go back
I went to this location Sat afternoon. The guy taking orders was probably the rudest I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. I ordered my drink, which was a new drink and I guess I gave too much information and he replied over the speaker yea that’s USUALLY how it comes! Then at the window shoved the card machine at me and very rudely says follow the prompts. This interaction made me want to avoid this location. I’d suggest maybe talking to this employee. I wish I knew his name but all I know is he’s super rude, and has dark hair and was working Sat 7/15 in the afternoon

First time! Came here for my birthday with my wife. We watched a 2min tutorial and started throwing for a 90min session. Super chill atmosphere. Would definitely return! Beer was reasonably priced. All cans. TouchTunes if you want to mix up the music
