A really nice Starbucks with plenty of seating inside and outside. Plenty of consideration was made to create a calm and enjoyable experience as seen in both of there patios. Service was friendly. Coffee was fresh and tasted just like any other Starbucks. The accompanying egg souffle bites was also ok even though it microwaved. This location also has a drive through.
Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to my location. They are constantly over capacity. Online orders take more than 20 minutes. I cancelled my order today after waiting more than 20 mins.
Because they are over capacity, staff gets stressed and become rude because people are constantly asking where their order is. The location is not ideal. It can be difficult to park and the drive through usually spills into the street. There is good seating inside and out. Food also comes out quick. It’s just drinks that are the issue.
It is a typical Starbucks establishment. This one is located on the border between Pomona and Claremont, on Foothill Boulevard. I would, usually, come here before going to work, and purchase coffee, or breakfast. The meals, that I would order, were delicious. At the same time, they were not on expensive side. Furthermore, the coffee was well-made. The lines, too, were not long, or sometimes non-existent. So, if anyone is in Pomona and Claremont area, I would recommend to stop by this coffee shop.
I waited over 20 min to walk out with no drink because my ticket order was lost. I know n understand SB is busy n has its flows. But I've never had this kind of experience at any location. Their mobile order seems to take place over in person orders. Cause that's how It felt while I was waiting for my daughter's drink. All customers waiting were in person order. All while the mobile orders where walking in n out. The reason I walked is cause my daughter wanted to choose a gc for a friend's birthday. After waiting a good 10min n after I noticed that the customer that ordered before I did got her drink. I approached the barista asking how far my name was. N she respond with not yet! I walked back n sat cause I still had time n was being patient. I was the last person to order inside the store. After, 10min I approached again n this time another baritas answered me with I dont have an order under ur name? I said to her "I placed my order about 20 min ago at ur register. " she apologized n offered me a refund. The solution was ok. But it seem as too this was norms for them or the in mobile orders take priority. She went on to say their sys tem was poor n that they needed another coffee machine. I know this was not her fault. And maybe the manager needs to step up on her responsibility n provide what her location needs. Cause by far the worst location n experience EVER!
New guy working the drive thru didn’t know what half and half was. He was giving me an attitude as if I made up the word haha, don’t think he knows the difference between half and half and breve. Anyways, just thought I’d leave this comment so Starbucks can help train their employees.
Usually go to this Starbucks, sent a coworker to pickup 6 drinks one day. Priscilla was extremely rude and inconsiderate despite not having any drink carriers. My coworker had to make multiple trips and evertime she made remarks towards my coworker. Beware of Priscilla needs retraining in customer service.
I normally dont make negative reviews but service here is incredibly rude, incredibly disorganized, i waited for about 20 minutes for a coffee and in that time i saw them mess up every single order they made and then argue with the customer about it.
The vibes in here are dire you can feel how much they dont like you as soon as you walk in, never felt so unwelcome in a starbucks.
Big lobby, many tables and chairs and the staff than works here they are very nice, music is not aloud.
Had low expectations for this place, but I was proven wrong. The Latte De Olla was a 10/10. As someone who cannot drink dairy, Iâm happy to know they have many dairy alternatives. Small coffee shop with authentic coffee.
This is a typical local coffee shop. Surprisingly they have a lot of options in the menu. I'm glad they have the no sugar option because I don't like my drink sweet like how Starbuck normally makes it eventhough when you ask for non sugar. The servic
