Usually great experience but, this morning ordered Peppermint Mocha with sausage egg and cheese sandwich via drive-thru. Drink was off.. asked for whole milk, think i saw barista put in skim. Light mocha taste with scare peppermint flavor. Didn't taste like the usual Starbuck drink. Went back in to exchange for house coffee. Young service worker had a bit of a snuff. Asked for creamer on the side, presented without lid, as well as five sugar in the raw. Was given white sugar. Upon correction, worker shoved a handful of sugars in my hand. By the time i got back to my car, opened my sandwich to eat...it was cold. Not properly heated thoroughly. First meal of the day, wasted almost $11.00...will not eat or drink the product. Headed to Downtown Growers Market for healthier plant-based options, community, and great vibes.Don't understand young folk in service positions in todays age, especially where food is concerned. Disappointed to say the least.
The sweet girl, her name was lexie, my mom and i accidentally forgot to get a wrap that we paid for because we were distracted from giving my puppy his first pup-cup and realized after we left that we forgot it, so i called and asked if we could come by and pick it up in an hour or so, we got there an hour later and we went through the drive thru and got my wrap and she also gave a free cake pop and still offered a refund! she was so so sweet!
I recently visited the Starbucks at Eubank and Central, a location I generally hold in high regard. However, my latest experience today was deeply troubling. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an overpowering and unpleasant odor of feces and urine. This not only disrupted my ability to place an order but also raised significant concerns about the overall cleanliness and health standards of the establishment. It's particularly worrying to consider the working conditions for the staff in such an environment. While the employee at the register acknowledged the issue, it appears there was a lack of immediate action to rectify the situation. For the well-being of both patrons and employees, it would have been prudent to temporarily close the store for thorough cleaning and sanitation. This experience was far below the standards expected of Starbucks, and I hope immediate steps are taken to address these health and safety concerns for the benefit of all who visit and work at this location.
Not a bad place overall but not top of the list for Starbucks to go to in town. I ordered a small chai tea with soy milk instead of 2% milk and waited 15 minutes for it just so I can have it remade with the soy milk I requested so I now waiting for that drink to be made which was somewhat fast but still they were rude after I requested a new drink as if it was my fault for the wrong drink being made
I guess you could say im disappointed with the customer service I got this afternoon, I come to this Starbucks often and all of the workers are usually pretty welcoming and nice, but today was VERY unexpected. I went into the drive thru with my mother at about 4pm, there was no one in line, so I expected a quick and easy drive. We ordered one drink and went to the window, I always pay with card so I put my hand out of my window with my card in hand, expecting for the worker to either take my card or hold the card reader so I could stick my card in, I guess you could say I was taken back when the card reader was flung into my car by the man working, within all the chaos the screen of the reader got touched somehow so I didn't get the chance to pick a number to tip, im still unaware of how much I ended up tipping, then after paying, I probably waited about 5 minutes holding the card reader waiting for the man to come back, when he finally did, I stuck the card reader out for him to grab, instead he grabbed the reader by the wire and yanked it out of my hand, he then handed me my drink, he didn't say one word to us, no happy thanksgiving or have a good day. I understand the holidays are a stressful time but that is no excuse to be rude to customers. I know Starbucks workers get paid extra or get to keep all they're tips on holidays and I think some workers take advantage of that, hopefully this behavior gets fixed or FIND A NEW JOB!!!
The lady at the drive thru said "what do you want?" I didn't think she was talking to me so I asked her as such. She answered with "what do you want?" I said "nope" rolled my window up and went to the Starbucks on Juan tabo. I told them and they gave me my coffee for free. I'll never go back there again.
This location inside is great, outside is not so great. It's filled with a bunch of homeless and drug addicts. There's typically a person or two wondering close to the store asking for money as you walk in. It's common to find drug paraphernalia on the parking lot. The Baristas are great and so is the inside. Not taking away from the amazing staff and Starbucks experience.
My experience at Starbucks on Central and Eubank was horrible. The woman that works drive-through is very condescending and thinks if she says something to you with a smile on her face it’s OK but she’s very rude about it so just to give you a thing that happened I was smoking a cigarette before I got to Starbucks I ordered and as I was pulling up to the drive-through, I was Opening my little ashtray to put my cigarette out and she tells me there’s no smoking. I said I know I’m putting it out and instead of saying oh thank you or whatever very very rude. She just reminds me again there’s no smoking Mikey I’m smoking in my own car I get it it’s a smoke free environment and I respect that . I will always respect that. They just don’t gotta be rude about it. So I don’t recommend anybody going to that Starbucks on Central and Eubank not only is that female route there is a lot of rude workers at that place. There’s one lady that works to drive through and when mend it works the register that are very very kind people and I’m really gonna miss seeing them, but we treat it like that is not worth my time
ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT! This coffee shop had perfectly roasted and brewed drinks - the short dark & handsome had the perfect hint of chocolate, and the toasted campfire marshmallow was a balanced and tasty, not overly sweet treat. Charles was wonderfull
Stopped here while driving through ABQ, and I feel jealous I donât have a place like this at home! Super friendly and helpful staff, good menu, and a great vibe. There are plenty of outlets, good sized tables, and wifi. The coffee is delicious too!
This is now my go to coffee shop. Excellent coffee. Outstanding, friendly staff. Authentic owners. Such a welcoming and unique (VW themed) atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and out. Clean restrooms. On my first visit I noticed the staff called man

Tried Little Bear Coffee for the first time yesterday. Decided to go for a cruise and came across this coffee shop. I was greeted and the gentleman that helped me recommended the LB Latte . I got it iced and it was so good. Today I stop there instead
I stopped in for a coffee and a blueberry scone. The coffee is probably the best coffee I have had in Albuquerque. The servers are friendly and the place is clean. The ambiance here is what you would expect from a coffeehouse.
On Saturday mornings, we often come to Satellite Coffee after a lovely walk through the Journal Center complex. The coffee is excellent! (I think better than another very popular coffee company). My all-time favorite is their Turkish Latte made with
I love coffee places that have a bunch of fun flavor mixes, and not the standard basic ones. This place has that. ð The coffee mix I had was Home For The Holidays (pretty good) and the Apricot Twist (AMAZING). I also love that the shop has a big s
Open at 6am and that's a great thing. I stopped in this morning for an hour or two of early morning work, a quick Zoom call and my first coffee of the day. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Desert Compass! The property is beautiful and very well kept. I stayed in the Rattlesnake Suite and it was so cozy, welcoming, and clean. The private/gated parking provided me with peace of mind. I would definitely boo
There is no one better than Lawrence for a specialized plan. I came in with a gluteal tendinopathy after months of working with a Physical Therapist, Lawrence was the one who finally got me feeling fully healed. Great gym, great people, highly reco
