I’ve always gone out of my way to go to this location because their service & drinks were always great. However, this past year this location has gone completely down hill. The service is now extremely slow to the point that even if you order ahead through the mobile app you will still be waiting another 10mins for your order to be ready. The service is horrible. With every visit i’ve made here there never fails to be an employee with an attitude. No greeting, no you’re welcome, have a nice day or anything. The young lady with a buzz cut & blonde hair at the register is rude & acts bothered for doing her job that she’s paid to do. I tried to ride it out hoping there would be a change soon but I will be going else where. Hire people that actually want to work & enjoy their job.
Service was a bit slow, cashier seemed very stressed. Coffee was good at least
Every single time I visit this location. Drink is messed up every single time. Go to a different Starbucks! One by the buffet is better
I usually order through the app as I am soft-spoken and shy, but my app wasn't working & I was there so I ordered at register. The barista was really nice on the register & it made me feel okay to talk. This Starbucks is close to my home so I'll choose it as my usual now. Thank you for being nice!
I live in the neighborhood and I love this place! Gretchen, the store manager, and her staff, are all friendly, professional and helpful. The store itself is always clean and inviting. It definitely is a sweet spot in the neighborhood!
The online and drive up obviously have priority. I ordered one cup of coffee, but at least 5 other orders were completed first several people walked in and out with their orders while I and at least one other walk in customer waited. Staff friendly but just stared at me while I waited.
Pumpkin cream cold brew!!!!! My birthday drink on Starbucks thank you very much 🙏🏼... This place make bomb drinks and fast service... Not even our local Starbucks and we are always willing to make the drive to receive a good service... Good job baristas making your community proud and happy... Still great
I literally sat in there for 30 minutes waiting and when I asked for my stuff they had no idea what I was talking about. Oh and at least 10 people who got there after me but got their stuff before I did and the only reason I even got my food was because I sat there by the register and watched them do it.

Great local spot to get a coffee and breakfast. They have a wide range of coffees, blends and origins. Their breakfast options are very good. We chose the avocado toasts and they were delicious.
Since I moved to La Mesa, it's become routine to get Starbucks everyday, and this is by far my favorite. Not only can I get the best and quickest coffee compared to all of the other Starbucks locations in the area, but the baristas here - shout outs
I have been going to this store for about 7 years & I have only had positive experiences. The staff are efficient and friendly and the service is quick. Don't worry if you see a long line for the drive-thru... they'll have you through the line & on y
This is a great Starbucks. You've got a great staff, a bookstore right next door, there's always a seat outside for me and my pup. And it's walkable if you're near Grossmont center and a few steps away from the trolley orange and green lines.
Obsessed with this gym! As soon as I heard the format, I knew it would be perfect and boy does it challenge me, but in the best way. Classes start with a strength element, usually super sets of sorts. They have an app you can track to see your progr
This place really surpassed my expectations. I had been on their newsletter for a while and decided to leap fully in with their A-team program without doing a trial run and it was so worth it! It gave me more confidence to attempt workouts at the g

This place is a gem and we love the food, service, and ambience. We felt so taken care of and were grateful for how kind and helpful Amy was with our order. We had an amazing won ton soup, pad woon sen noodles, and crab fried rice. It was all phenome
This is the only form of gym working out that I've ever enjoyed. I've tried going by myself, going with a friend, personal trainer- none of them were enjoyable for me or motivated me. F45 is perfect for me: in and out in 45 minutes, starts and ends o
Great organization!. One of the best in Sd. They are very professional and keep it fun and interesting. Great teachers. Very inclusive. Support the arts for our youths.
Highly recommend!.
Wonderful service, excellent food and very reasonable prices. I didn't take a picture of my blueberry muffin before devouring it, but the spinach croissant was delicious. I will definitely be going back to this gem.

Underrated gem. Amazing fresh sandwiches with a bit of chutzpah and character on the side. They have a "yesterday's bread" table sometimes with bags of day-old rolls on the cheap.
