Everyone came and went as I waited for my easy black cold brew. My friends and I joked that I’m cursed as the entire place cleared out and we were stuck staring at the counter wondering. No employee asked can we help, despite being the only ones left in the place- again, just STARING. WAITING. I should have known when the lady in front of me had her drink remade literally three times cause it was wrong every time and the staff kept blaming one another.
Aiden the barista was so kind and wonderful! She was so helpful. I’m not a very experienced Starbucks goer, but she made me feel comfortable and found me a drink that was so yummy!
coffee was alright. I shouldn't have to tell the cashier that I'm lactose intolerant when I ask for oat milk in order for them to take me seriously. Asked for oat milk in my coffee, didn't mention the lactose intolerant thing, and now I'm in intense pain so methinks they put in regular milk

Consistently the worst Starbucks location ever. Stock is always short, service is always slow and early correct.

Waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. Even though there seemed to be enough staff for the amount of traffic both inside and through the drive through. I let the manager know- because if you don't know about a problem you can't fix it, but she didn't care and brushed me off. I've had many experiences like this at this particular Starbucks, but now I've finally learned my lesson and won't be back.
This espresso bar is different from the others in our community. The owner goes above and beyond to create whimsical amazing one-of-a-kind drinks and recruits the best baker in town to create the best scones and donuts and cinnamon rolls. Always has
