Starbucks - Coffee shop in Rochester - 2110 Chili Avenue Westgate, Plaza, USA

I ordered a Strawberry aci Refresher, It usually always comes with lemonade when I order it from here, and I got my drink and it tasted like straight water with ice, not at all what I’m used to. I went in and asked if they could add lemonade because I was always given lemonade with it and the barista I asked was incredibly rude. She had told me that they were all out of lemonade, which was no problem, they can’t help it if they ran out. So I asked if they could add apple juice because I have had a situation where they were all out of lemonade and a male that was working said he could add apple juice instead and he put it in there no problem and the drink was good, however when I asked this barista if she could add it, she gave me a very dirty look and acted as if I was asking the impossible. She then added about a DROP of apple juice, handed it back to me without saying a word. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. Do better.

Large clean location with the standard Starbucks food and drink offerings. I was surprised that there wasn't more seating available at such a large location. The outside patio was great, though. Large lounge chairs make the outdoor experience forget that you are in the middle of a parking lot.

Garbage.. they were out of blond roast at 8am and I asked if they can make more and they said no. So I settled and drank burnt a$$ pike. Nasty. Starbucks is so overrated in every way.

The drive through was ten cars long so I went inside because there was ZERO people in line in there. I ordered a regular coffee and a sandwich. Several people came in after me. Every single one of them got their order before me. I got the sandwich after ten minutes. It was cold. Still no coffee. Finally I said something and got my plain coffee after about 20 minutes with no apologies at all. There's a Dunkin donuts and Tim Hortons right down the street. It was a huge mistake coming here instead of one of those places

11/3 1920hrs came into the drive thru, no lights on the menu board outside, I pulled up and asked are you still open, the girl stated until 1930hrs. I placed our orders 2 Venti Java Chips double blended, 2 Blueberry Muffins, and 2 Cheese Pastrys. Proceeded to to the window, after I had to ask if I could. The girls name was Lily, a few minutes went by and she came to the window with our Java Chips and I asked her, "are those Venti?" and she knew they weren't so she had to go back and remake the correct size. A few minutes went by and she came back with our Java Chips and they were the correct size, this time... She wasn't pleasant and acted as if we were keeping her from leaving the building on time, and she almost forgot to give us our pastries. Of which she asked us if we wanted the muffins to be warmed and they weren't. The Java Chips were watery, as she cut corners on the process as to how she made these. All because she wanted to not satisfy our request. I'm a Desert Storm Combat Veteran USN, and I lead with that to prove who I am, and what I'm expecting from my local Starbucks barista. Secondly, I am an HVAC Inside Sales Associate for a large Supply House here in Rochester, NY. I know how to satisfy my customers each and everyday, mind you I work from 0700hrs - 1700hrs and beyond daily. I get to work and I'm on the clock at 0645 everyday, I allow myself a 10 minute window in order to turn on my computer and get my coffee, so I'm ready to take calls by 0700hrs. Lily put her wants and needs before ours, and that's uncalled for. I was the last ticket last night, and to get 2 watered down Java Chips was too me a slap in the face. This was the start of my Birthday weekend. All because of poor work ethics, and poor productivity we the customers get the end resultant of someone who didn't want to give it her 100% efforts? I don't care that it's Friday evening and you're open until 1930hrs. If we came at 1929hrs I would expect to get whatever I order and it better be of the correct consistency. There's nothing wrong with making sure "The Starbucks" customer is being taken care of, not Lily's customer and that's where the problem is, a major disconnect between how to Properly Satisfy the Customer, while deciding on staying a few minutes later in order to not have me, decide on Lily's overall job performance. If I were her Supervisor, she'd be done as of last night, due to cutting corners in the process of making our drinks, almost sending us on our ways with small drinks and not warming up the muffins. I'm sure this isn't the first time she's done this, and I'm sure it won't be her last. I'm looking for a full refund as I was throughoughly irritated last night. Thank You, Matt Burton Rochester NY

Two separate times my order was not what I asked. I always order the same exact thing , a venti iced green tea with lemonade and light ice and a bacon Gouda with no bacon.. today even though the tag on the cup said "light ice" the cup was more than 3/4 full of ice! I got done drinking the beverage and no lie the ice was filled so high it was an inch from the lid.. on a venti 😐 Also as I stated before I always order the same exact thing so with my venti I always get a bacon Gouda sandwich but with "no bacon" and it's usually perfect.. two times ago I pulled off and went to take my sandwich out of the bag and the bacon was on it ... It's not like this stuff is cheap , each item is more than $5 the least they could do is make sure the order is correct instead of being in a hurry and then asking for a tip.

Worst service. 4th time other customers have gotten their coffee before me and I wait 15 minutes as others that walk through the door get their orders before me. Not recommended and just shut it down.

By far my favorite Starbucks in the area. Super fast and friendly service. I love this location!
