My latte was messed up yesterday. There was no coffee in it just hot milk and by the time I realize the store was already closed. So I came by tonight on my way to work and let them know what happened and they remade my drink without issue. I appreciate that because I paid cash and didn't have a receipt but I did have a time stamped photo and they didn't even care to see and make sure. Friendly AF.
This Starbucks needs some serious re-training. I now refuse to go to this location. The staff is kind but it doesn’t make up for the poorly made drinks. One thing I can always count on at this location is a terrible, overpriced coffee/latte. Please do better or at least try.
I know this won’t matter to many people. But if you want to sit in for a coffee don’t go here. It takes forever to get a simple coffee because they prioritise drive thru and to go drinks. So you end up waiting 10 or more minutes for a single caffe latte. Starbucks in general have lost the plot, but this one in particular should only be a drive thru. Customers in the store are treated like 3rd class citizens. Avoid.
I stopped by for a coffee and snack. The service was amazing and super friendly! My coffee and snack were great!
I have to give 5 stars to this location. Staff is always friendly and does things in a timely manner. I ordered the Java chip this morning but unfortunately this location was out of the Java chip ingredients, bummed at first but then the lady making my drink offered to use peppermint instead it tasted exactly like the Java chip! (I love peppermint too so it wasn’t a big deal) has to be the best idea she had and she did so well! Thank you Starbucks team for your kind service and hard work. I appreciate you.

Ps. I didn’t know that there was a flower on top of my coffee due to it being covered, until I had a chat with the drive-thru lady.

This is my favorite Starbucks! They always know when me and my dog are in the drive through and have the cutest pupcups ready for him ❤️ they're super sweet and friendly and my coffee is always made how I like it.

This location is friendly, efficient and serves wonderful coffee! All the workers are extremely nice and always have a smile. Even left my card by mistake once and they had it saved in a safe place when I returned a week later. Can't say enough good
