Starbucks - Coffee shop in Spartanburg - 210 W Blackstock Rd, USA

Decided to come by on my way into work at about 6AM. Attitudes were very pleasant. They got the drive thru cleared in an impressive time. Got to the window and the great service continued. May start going by here from now on!

Came an hour before closing and they already had all the coffee poured out and the urns cleaned. They said I would have to buy an americano if I wanted coffee. I understand the need to want to get a jumpstart on closing, but to dispose of your main item (it’s a coffee shop?) an hour before closing is excessive. If they had only charged me for a brewed coffee it would have been more palatable.

I truly enjoy visiting this location. Employee Tora is the absolute best ( as are the others) however there is just something special about her. She truly cares about her customers and if I could give her 100 ⭐️ stars I would. She is a true pleasure to interact with and there isn’t enough positive things to say about her. She’s a true blessing to your company! 💙

Coffee was made very well! Best I've tasted. I've tried different places in the Spartanburg area and this place makes their drinks very good!! You can taste the flavors 😋 the service was great, even if you wait for a little for your drink, someone will let you know they are working on your order. Good customer service skills at this location.

Average Starbucks location. Got a coffee and a tea pretty much at closing. Only one staff member working with about 5 cars in the drive through, did an excellent job by herself and drinks were great. Very friendly.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!!!!Any review on here over two stars is obviously FAKE !!!!The fat blonde with the nose gauge working on Friday January 19 that makes drinks is rude. Customer Service isn’t for you honey. My mobile order took an additional 25 minutes on top of the quoted time from the Starbucks app. Which defeats the whole purpose. I arrived 5 minutes after the app said my drink was ready. LIES!!!!The cafe was empty not a soul present. So not excusable. When I asked why it took so long , Her reply was “I’m the only one making drinks” after I requested a refund she tried to yank the drink away from me. I said I wanted a refund for the wait time she replied “Not my problem and walked off” DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.

I love the Baristas here. They're always so happy, accommodating and helpful. My daughter and sons love the frozen drinks and I love the warm ones. My favorite is and will always be a grande warm Caramel macchiato with 2 pumps cinnamon dolce. My husband loves a black coffee with peppermint syrup.

Just awful. They were out of the first three drinks we asked for, so we got a cinnamon caramel cold brew and a shaken oat milk espresso... come to find out they were out of oat milk when we pulled up to the window. After asking us if we would like to switch to a different milk, they had got our drink out to us suspiciously quick for changing the milk. Come to find out, they put almond milk in instead of whole milk like we asked. I'm severely allergic to tree nuts and had an allergic reaction after trying a sip of my wife's drink. I cannot believe they would do something like this, especially with such a prevalent allergy people have. Luckily I am okay, but if I drank any more it could have been a lot worse.
