Starbucks - Coffee shop in San Antonio - 4739 Medical Dr, USA

One of the best Starbucks stores I've been to in San Antonio area. It is located in the heart of Medical Drive/Hospitals near Chipotle restaurant. The location is very convenient for the visitors and local coffee lovers. You should come by and check out their location. Well spacious, lighting and organized inside the cafe. The staffs were friendly and saying hello to customer when they waling in. Big shout to Ashley and her colleagues on shift to make my day amaing with my favorite Starbucks customized coffee drink. They have variety of coffee bags, merchandise, tumblers, cup, mugs...etc. The store even has books mini library. Highly recommend for any cafe lovers. 👍

Hello World, I always visit this place which is close to my home and meet up with friends. Today I was there at this location after my long day and super tired and I have order Macha hot and spinach wrap feta. I have place an order but I couldn’t find my wallet. It was very small went under the car seat. The lady was so kind, helpful and generous to let me have it as I was not able to find my wallet. Later I have park my car to find it to use finally I was able to find it.. I AM SO HAPPY BUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!!!! Was wonderful….!!!! 🤩❤️🤗💃🏻🎉🥳🥰😘 Thank you so much for being such a great person.

I visit here usually once or twice a week to study, and it’s a great environment! It’s always super busy, but they get drinks out really fast. Seating is almost always full but I’ve managed to snag a table every time I’ve gone. There are plenty of outlets for laptops, a number of two-chair tables, a few big tables for groups, and a few bar seats. There’s also a cute drinking station that has daily puns! You’re able to write a pun and add it to a box and it might be posted one day. The bathrooms do have key codes that change daily, but just ask a barista and they’ll tell you right away. The baristas are amazing; super friendly but let you mind your own business, very knowledgeable about the menu (and accommodating about strange requests from me), and very fast with drinks.

I don't know, I just... I guess. I have to thank them tremendously for being first to let me complete basic tasks included in daily living. Like keeping up with personal hygiene, eating food, and drinking coffee. All while getting to charge and troubleshoot devices and peripherals.

The drive thru wasn't pleasant seems like having a attitude is the new customer service. Tip: If you work any type of retail, restraint, etc customer service should be on point period. Customer is slacking in all these areas smh.

I love my Starbucks! Wonderful and friendly people there. They know me by name that tells you how much I go there 😆 Awesome job!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Me and my co workers tried to order their box traveler coffee since our cafeteria is now closed for the night shift. We were told that they couldn’t make our coffee because it takes 15 mins to make and by the time they made it they would be closed. We called at 10:30 to have them start the order and they close at 11. The drive from the hospital is 4 minutes, so explain to me why the coffee wouldn’t have been done by 10:45? Still leaving 15 minutes until closing??? Then we were going to try and order separate coffees. But couldn’t do that either as the only payment they were taking was through their app. No cash, credit,debit or Apple Pay was being taken. All around this trip to this Starbucks sucked and I’ve never had trouble with any Starbucks I’ve gone to or ordered. All of us were disappointed.
