I absolutely love this Starbucks in Visalia. I live in Selma, but every time I come to Visalia I always order from this Starbucks because of the great service I always receive. And every time I come they are always cleaning their bathroom. And I love that. I hate going in a dirty bathroom to clean my hands. Kiah Green went above to help us out with whatever we needed, and she did it with a big bright smile. Honestly all the employees are always so sweet here.

Without my consent or permission the employee gave herself a $4.70 tip. When I asked her why she did that she got upset and argued and only gave me back $2 said they are independently owned not corporate so pretty much they can charge what they want. Beware of the hidden charges. Look at your receipts!
Very friendly, always helpful when I want to try a new drink but scared too . Very energetic team! They always get thru the mall rush hours like a champ even when I’m on break ! To get a Starbucks! Love this store! Will be my go to store !
I work here at the mall and I say this with no bias, the staff here is super kind and sweet. They work as fast as they can and try to remake any order that's messed up (if that happens). I mobile order from here frequently and haven't had a much of a problem yet. Only complaint would be that mobile ordering items that say they're out of stock on the app that are actually still in stock in store. Other than that, I'm please with the service.

Don't ask me how I ended up at our local Starbucks after work. Lol I was actually hungry pulled over and ended up with a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and they made it delicious. Perfect amount of caramel drizzle with the crunch madness going on in my mouth
