They didn’t apply the 50% off my drink at first but I went in and they refunded me the difference which I really appreciated — thank you, I know it’s only a few dollars but it meant a lot that you fixed it!
The place is hidden, so your GPS will be a blessing. But everything else was on point. The drinks (crunch ribbon frap and ice Chai latte) tasted wonderful. The best part was my pumpkin load was warm and not doughy (something I had experienced a few times in the past at other locations).
The barista that took the order was ok, but the person putting out the coffee was EXTREMELY RUDE! I was treated like I was lying about what I ordered, but they had called my name when they had only put out half my order. We also noticed that people picking up online orders were parking in a handicap spot. As someone who needs the handicap spot, I find this to be very frustrating. Y'all should consider creating a spot for people to park where they don't have to take up a handicap spot.
I went in a blah mood, but the staff there were very friendly and wished me a happy birthday, flipped my day around!
Very convenient for folks driving along the interstate, with a drive-thru for those who prefer to keep on the move. We preferred to take a break from sitting in the car, and were met with friendly smiles and careful attention to our order. The coffee was good, as expected. The loudspeakers were not too loud, the toilet was sparklingly clean - this was at about 11 in the morning. Recommended.
Finn was very helpful and they were so friendly & asked about our day!! Usually employees only care about your order but they were so kind :) thank you !!
This Starbucks truly has such a nice staff. I’ve never experienced anyone rude there at all, but I really think that’s the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. This is the second time I went inside because I thought it would be faster (and my daughter had to use the restroom) I ordered a grande shaken espresso and a water at 10:20am. I didn’t get my stuff until 10:38am. I had somewhere to be and unfortunately had to explain why I was going to be late by almost 20 minutes. This isn’t the first time either which is why I decided to write a review. The staff means well but they are all focused on drive thru, not front counter. Their biggest bottleneck is taking care of the orders that are placed in person. Mobile orders and drive thru clearly come first. Maybe the boss should give another staff member to help the only person working on front counter drinks. (7 people on staff, only one on front counter drinks from what it looked like)
Sorry for the review but I hope this helps in fixing this bottleneck. Thank you!
I asked for my drink to be drowned in Carmel and they didn't disappoint, this is my favorite Starbucks in the Asheville area and me and my coworker come here just enough that they know our order
Canât believe I just found this hidden gem not far off of Thompson Street! One of the few coffee shops open at 7 am with a variety of coffee/espresso based drinks, hot cocoa bar, and breakfast tacos.
Got a dirty chai and egg/cheese burrito - both
Best coffee I have ever had! Iâve been to at least 5 shops per state in most of the 50 states and this is by far the most amazing espresso I have ever tried. I got the cinnamon honey Oatmilk latte with a quad shot and wow- will definitely be keepin

Casual, good place to sit and talk. There is a diverse mix of people by themselves, with friends, etc. Bagels and scones are delicious. ,Coffee is consistently good. They use Cooperative Coffee beans. I like the local art on the walls.
The sweetest staff. This staff had such a positive impact on my day in a very short amount of time. I always love Starbucks coffee, but this staff made my coffee run a little extra special today. Thank you!
Love this Starbucks!! It's very spacious, clean, quite and has very cool wall decor. Ideal for studying or working here since it's quite and has a lot of tables.

I was hesitant getting a spray tan because it had been years since I had one! Hannah made me feel very comfortable during the whole process and was a master at what she does. My tan turned out great and made me feel so amazing in family pics! She was
My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay over the New Years holiday weekend. We very much appreciated the attention given to the suite and the magnificent breakfast presentation each morning.
Our hosts John and Susan were not only attentive but cordial
Great experience! From first reaching out with general questions, to a quick and easy process of getting signed in to classes. The owner was great with communication. I walked into the 4:30pm class with Coach Donivan and with three years experience m

This place is so great. Everything from the indoor fireplace, to the hot tub just outside the bedroom, to the HEATED FLOORS in the bathroom (not to mention heated toilet seat and bidet, even a heated towel rack!) They take it a step (or twelve) furth
A delightful casual lunch option at reasonable prices. It's been on my list for ages and I finally made it up there during their open hours. The woman who took my order was so kind and welcoming. She even let me try the chicken salad before committin

We had the best stay here! The place was clean and comfy, with the best Asheville vibes, and we were even left a few treats and a bottle of wine on arrival! The place was in a great location and was walkable to anything downtown that we wanted. We en
Amazing spot for kiddos of basically all ages, mostly geared towards 2-10 year olds in my opinion. I have been looking for a place that my 2 and 8 year old can be both entertained by equally, and I have found it! Almost 3 hours of fun and they still
