When workers decide to make decisions on their own that doesn’t benefit the customer. I ordered online, and as usual I walk up to the counter where the online orders are and nothing available. I waited for 15 minutes and went to the counter to ask about my mobile order. Staff said it is being worked on and she will get it to me as soon as it’s finished. 5 minutes later, another employee ask what I am waiting for. I told her my name and my order, it was sitting behind on the back counter. It was completed for a long time, enough time for there was condensation on the outside of the cup. 20 minutes wasted, what a bummer.
Really like this Starbucks. It’s super bright inside and clean. Of course customer service is wonderful with speed and hospitality! If you also live in El Monte area, please come to this one.
Order took so long while I saw other people ordering after me and getting their orders earlier than me. FOCUS ON ORDERS DEPENDING ON TIME ORDERED! ALL I ORDERED WAS A VANILLA BEAN FRAP AND A CAKE POP! DO NOT come here if you are tight on time!
Yea I work for door dash I when in and tell em I got a pick up and they say is getting ready so I waited 20 min in I ask again they say is ready but not bagg yet so I waited all that time before I walk in it was sitting on the counter and then they decide to hand it to me dam want kind service is that r they just like to do that to driver that work for door dash hope the manager see this comment and have it fix
I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and this location had messed it up by forgetting the brown sugar or cinnamon, this is not the first time it has happened. They'll normally remake it not an issue. This time they handed it back to me like this. Wanted to charge us extra to fill it to the line it was at before. I normally ask for low ice and I know that means about half an inch won't be filled which is fine but this time i kinda got scammed. Paid for a venti got a grande
For people who use uber eats and door dash, if you wonder why your drinks take so long from this Starbucks is because they really don’t care about online orders. When you ask them again about the order they kinda ignore you or give you attitude. Just a heads up for people wondering why Uber drivers take longer to deliver your drinks. It’s not their fault

I have been to many Starbucks, but I have never had such bad experience with the service. One female staff who took my order was rude. I read off from my phone with a drink that I wanted to place: "I would like a venti iced milk with..." she already interrupted me and asked with such an attitude (as if she is my boss) and saying: "how about you just show me your phone." I do not appreciate that attitude. She could have asked more politely if she could not understand me clearly. When later I need to use the restroom, I asked another female staff that what was the code for restroom. She said it pretty fast and I asked her again, and she showed so much impatience. Oh waw, I was wondering if I am still in the starbucks? I have always had great experience with the Starbucks staff (friendly, attentive, and welcome). I didn't get both female staff's name at that time because I don't want to waste time to complain. As I drove home, I felt that I have to say some thing about this.

This is my home course. There are 27 basketâs. Playing on weekdays is better then the weekends, the park is less crowded with patrons using the park not playing disc golf. If you do play on the weekends play early in the morning.
