I enjoyed this location. It is a big space with an okay amount of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. It is clean and the employees are very kind and welcoming. I was here for over 6 hours and every single time anyone came into the store, the staff ensured to greet the customers which is very nice. The orders were quick and food was fresh when ordered. I will be coming back. I also think it is very cute that they have a small table of games that can be borrowed. I would think possibly donating games to this location would be a great way to give back to the community :)
Store is complete dead!! Took 25 minutes for my drink and scone!! I went inside and get pushed aside… mobile orders and drive through takes precedence over in store customers… staff was friendly but the wait inside for my small order was just insane
Starbucks really confuses me about a lot of things & seating is one of the biggest things. Sometimes the seating is really great but most often it just doesn't make any sense at all. At this location, there's very poor placement of electrical outlets. They're almost non-existent in fact. I don't get it.
Went through the drive through with my daughter for some coffee. Super friendly and pretty fast line, considering it was wrapped around the building. The coffees were delicious and hot, and perfect for the chilly day.
Always a great experience at Starbucks. Food is fresh, coffee is hot and delicious, and service is brought with a cheerful and pleasant attitude. The atmosphere is pleasantly arousing to the senses and, for as busy as they get, the noise level is very tolerable.
Twice I have ordered EXTRA HOT Chai Tea and it has been warm. I guess I should ask AT THE DRIVE UP WINDOW to make sure the water is extra hot. A simple request .....$6.19...disappointed twice.
I’m so tired of this location. Does anyone know how to make the drinks? This is the only location where the drinks don’t taste the same. I ordered 3 blended/iced drinks from this location at separate times and they all taste like water. Lady at the drive thru is so… customer service is service I expect from McDonald’s. The wait is so long, even if you are the only one in line. Dont ask for your drink to be remade. It’s like they take even longer. Please, just go to the location on Waddell. At least if you have to wait the wait it worth it and you get a good drink.
As Starbucks go.. this one is far above the rest in the Arrowhead/SunCity/Surprise area. The personnel are friendly, fast and professional. The drinks are always made perfect. KUDO'S to all!👏🏽👏🏽👍🏼👍🏼 Keep up the great work😃✌🏼

I've seen this place around plenty of times and was kind of hesitant since I was so stuck on Starbucks but Black Rock Coffee Bar has some great ice coffee. I finally stopped in one of them today and ordered me an large iced mocha and got some donuts
Went there yesterday to get a Frappuccino. Two people were in the store enjoying their coffees and computers. Itâs a quiet Starbucks, so if you want fast service, I recommend you go there in the future.

This place is BOOMING with growth. Houses are being built up evey day, and it's so cool to see this desert be developed so dang fast!!! This place is friendly and I've done alot of cool little parks and walk ways. Have fun exploring!!!!
