Verona, the girl who took my order, is extremely friendly and assisted me in selecting a delightful holiday coffee. Additionally, she possesses a charming appearance, similar to everyone else working here who adorn bandanas and maintain spotless uniforms. This particular Starbucks location stands out due to its unmatched level of busyness. However, amidst the bustling environment, I couldn't help but notice Jacob, the barista, who displayed remarkable concentration as he flawlessly prepared various delectable recipes, so many at the same time. I had a great time observing and witnessing the teamwork, especially Jacob multitasking and making multiple coffees simultaneously. I felt compelled to inquire about his name and commend him for his efforts.

This Starbucks is excellent. Their seating was almost four times larger. The personnel is amiable and supportive. They move quickly as well. Although this is a high traffic business at times, the employees move quickly through the queue. Take the brownie and request that they reheat it. If you prefer them chewy—which is, of course, the ideal way—you won't be let down. You folks who only enjoy them cake-flavored are simply incorrect.

The recent experience at Starbucks left much to be desired! A $100 gift card purchase became prolonged due to a barista error, prompting the customer to request a restart. Despite the growing line of customers and a transaction surpassing 10 minutes, there was a notable absence of apologies or acknowledgment from any employee! This raises my concerns about whether Starbucks' expansion has compromised the once integral aspect of customer service in the Starbucks experience. My second visit during my travels this week to a Starbucks has ended in disappointment!!

Dude 2nd time in a row that my caramel ribbon crunch tasted like water. I hope the guy issued the refund bc I gave it back them with my card. I then went to the one on southern blvd and ordered it. Tasted delightful and perfect from the southern blvd location. Don't go to this one in Wellington, you get watery nasty coffees. Never again will I go to this location. If I don't receive my refund as I should I am going to be pissed!!!

This is a good Starbucks. They about quadrupled their seating. Staff is helpful and friendly. They’re also fast. At times this is a high volume store, but the staff speeds through the line. Get the brownie and ask them to heat it ip. You won’t be disappointed if you like them chewy, which is of course the best way. You people who like them the cake way are just wrong.

Very clean for a mall store and quick service, but many of the menu items were not available.

Always dirty inside, no sugar or straws in area where it supposed to be. The coffee extremely hot and taste burnt

Jordyn aka (gosharky) is Amazing at customer service and he is definitely a people person for sure !!! Always helpful and always has a smile on his face! I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because the music is awful!!
