I’m sitting here on Black Friday, in my car, immensely impressed and shocked at my recent Starbucks experience. I was hurrying up to get to Victoria Gardens to shop, but my day deserved a pause, to admire the beauty in my recent order here. I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life, and go in and out and never think twice of anything. Today that changed. So much my shopping has been put on hold to leave this review. Wow, just wow. This has been the best experience of my entire Starbucks life! This team is beyond amazing, and I was in the drive thru. I saw the line of cars, maybe 10 maybe 15, and thought: this will take at least 30-40 minutes but I still went for it. The line never stopped moving. Before I could place an online order I had to hurry and decide what I wanted because it was moving very quickly. Then the greeting was like I’ve never heard before: extra friendly. Again after I ordered I continued to attempt to finish my online order but couldn’t because the line moved so fast I had to get my app ready. I was greeted by a friendly stress free smile and my food and drink was ready on the spot. Also Ive never had my sausage cheddar egg sandwich as warmed up as this! Ive always been used to getting it semi warm. But no: my sandwich was warm/hot, with cheese perfectly melted this tasting better than ever before! Wow. Please give this whole team a raise because they raised the bar on my experience and surprised me in a way I didn’t know was possible. My coworkers and I stopped here and had a big order, yet everything came out not only quick but fresh/great! The employees were very nice and the area was clean. We were able to sit and eat inside as well. We had a great visit here.
Today’s customer service HORRIBLE. Not only was the customer service bad but the drinks are sour and not filled all the way! Usually when I come it’s fine but the one on baseline never fails at making my drinks great this location is hit and miss
My only gripe if that they didn’t have any “Been There” series mugs. Nothing to knock them down a star on their service though. Fantastic beverage and a wonderful staff.
Horribly mis-managed facility! Stopped in 8AM Saturday morning for a simple black coffee. Noticed management & staff outside discussing trash cans? Walked in & was completely ignored at the counter- finally left!
My boyfriend used to live across the street in the apartment and this was a very convenient to get coffee, however, this is the absolute slowest Starbucks! They always, always mess up my order. I ordered the white chocolate macadamia cold brew and received a cafe latte with white mocha sauce…. What?!? This was not the first time they’ve messed up my order. Every time. I’m over it! I’m never coming to this Starbucks again.
They say Disney is the happiest place on earth - I say, this Starbucks location is! From the 1st moment stepping in I felt as though I was in a friendly place . Jackelyn, the manager was taking orders and made a point of noticing something nice about each customer, which they appreciated. All the staff were super friendly and acted as if they all enjoyed working there - almost like a family atomsphere. I will definitely be visiting this location again .
Today this company had me in tears leaving. I ordered my drink per usual venti chia tea latte I order cold no ice, and barista didn’t fill my drink because I asked for no ice. When I asked her why it was not filled like all the drinks around me she said oh because I didn’t order it with ice! Are you serious Starbucks? You couldn’t spare to fill my drink!?!?!?!!? Because your so poor right ???? Your loosing that much money over PLEASING a customer wow!!!!! But anyways, Thank you for making me realize that customer not king and you have officially lost my business and I will tell as many people as I can and try my hardest to convince people to no longer purchase from your compay because you are not for the people you all are for profit and for that shame on you!
