Starbucks - Coffee shop in Omaha - 17810 W Center Rd, USA

Not sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn't have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It's the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It's clean and baristas have great attitudes. Even tried the free plain coffee or tea refill with account for the 1st time. Fresh cup, free drink, no attitude, just as helpful and friendly. Amazing!

I ordered a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino & apparently they were out of the Caramel Crunch toppings so they subbed it out for something else thinking that I wouldn’t notice and ……… JK I’m not a Karen, I knew you were out of the Caramel Crunch topping so you told me you would substitute it for something “similar” and honestly … bravo. This is better than the OG version. I officially have a new flavor obsession, the only reason I would give anything less than 5 stars is because of the dent this is about to take in my wallet now ;) Sincerely - The blue haired mohawk girl that came in late AF on a Wednesday night.

The work benches against the windows and most of the tables in the room have a charging point. Super work conducive. Very friendly service. Thank you!

the employees at Starbucks are incredible. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. They know what drink you usually drink and are ready to make it as soon as you walk in the door. I have been to other Starbucks and this by far is the best one in Omaha. Love the new manager the atmosphere has changed immensely for the better. It was a very stressful chaotic atmosphere before. The new manager has brought calm and peace to the store. Everybody now seems happy to be at work. It's a welcoming place now and you want to be there.

The workers were really mean and racist. I stood there for a whole ten mins and the worker was just looking at me and wouldn’t take my order. They didn’t take the right order. When the lady was giving my cups she threw it really hard it almost fell. Just saying this place is racist.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. This place was absolutely 100% rude to one of my employees who came in with a large drink order today with the buy one get one promo. Before even starting ordering, she confirmed that the special was going on & that all the drinks qualified for the special. She brought in the app on her phone and was very patient and willing to wait as long as was necessary to prepare all the drinks. They flat out refused to do the order. We go here on a regular basis and now they will be losing out a huge amount of business because of the way we were treated today!

This is the closest Starbucks to me, but now I remember why I drive out of my way to another location. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, which made me late for work. When I finally got to the window the guy had no apology just an excuse. This is not the first, second or even third bad experience with this location. Drinks always taste different and not the best consumer service besides a few employees. I'll never be back.

I had a horrible experience at this starbucks. I made a mobile order and two of the drinks were made incorrectly. I very nicely asked them if they could fix it. They were very rude. I tried to make polite conversation and was completely ignored. They handled the situation very poorly and were extremely rude. I will never be going to this location again. Many of the employees are not kind. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
