Store outside is filthy outside cups and trash all around the drive-through area. Very upsetting seeing the how dirty this location does not respect the sherwood plaza value. Starbucks cups are all through town on floor and not encouraging customer to help placethere red cups in the trash. This is a location are lazy. Everyone there is not happy no sile no encouragement not engaging to customer about new drinks. No giving great recommendations to match a drink to pastry very disappointing. Please fix this location.thank you

They were out of half and half but offered sweet cream which is usually an upcharge. My drink is wrong about 45% of the time I come here but it's one of the only drive throughs.
Ruth provides the best drive thru service every time. With great recommendations and always good day vibes. Drinks always the way we ordered and quick service in the best when starting off a busy day with the kiddos.

I’ve ordered Mobile pick-up a few times here and the orders have all been correct and tasted great. My new favorite is an Iced Blonde SF Vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam.
If i can give this place a negative review i would . Worst customer service ever!!! And starbucks is all about their customer service. Briana the manager needs to get fired for the way she talked to customers. Jaelyn as well need to be fired. Would not order from here ever again.
So much potential for a good coffee shop. But its bathrooms are horrifying unbearable. The bathroom had a putrifying smell, which hit my brain right away. The smell was a combination of homeless scents and cigarettes. And here are picture evidence of what lurks underneath your toilet seat.
