Starbucks - Coffee shop in Pomona - Mission Promenade, 101 W Mission Blvd, USA

This is the only Starbucks that I have been to that never fills your cup up. As much as you pay for coffee and then they don’t even give you what you pay for. I usually walk to this one since it is close to my work but from now on I will get in my car and drive down the street.

I always love it when I come here! such a nice atmosphere and great service. Very nice baristas too.

Didn't feel safe to enter, a Transient was sleeping on the ground, right next to their entrance, on their Private Property. One would think that they'd care enough about the safety of their customers to call the Cops and have them removed for Trespassing. I know I'll be getting Coffee elsewhere in the future!

Great baristas! My go-to Starbucks since it's super close to me & the drinks are always delicious. The baristas do a great job of having my drinks ready! Even when they're busy they are always on top of it & go above & beyond. One example is when I ordered a Marshmallow Dream bar & since it was frozen the barista warned me & also let me choose another bakery item while letting me take my marshmallow bar. (In my opinion that was going above & beyond!) They also do a great job of welcoming everyone that walks through the door & thanking me when I just grab my to-go order when they're too busy making drinks/with other customers.

I was here a while back with my boyfriend and me and him overheard and saw an employee talking about how Salvadorians were gross people and disgusting in general and what really bothered me was that my boyfriend is Salvadorian. This in fact was racist and it just wasn’t right that they said it so loudly for everyone to hear if they were nearby.

I ordered water and people that actually ordered a drink after me got there's first. Like dude its a water its the quickest thing you could possibly make yet it takes them 7min+

I had not been coming to SB to buy coffee since in my opinion it has change it's coffee flavor in many of their drinks. After 2 years, I decided to come back and treat me today. I asked for a double expresso shot on an apple macchiato. To not my surprise, once again the flavor was dull, milk based, and not strong at all; it was suppose to be strong since I asked for an extra shot, and staff when we ask for extra hot it suppose to be HOTTTTTTTTTTT not warm. Headquarters, why would you discontinue multi-grain bagels? HELLO!!! Sucks! and Staff when one asks extra crunchy bagel, it should not be soft, crunchy when one bites into it!! Definitely going back to home made and or 7-11 coffee runs! #overpriced #badcustomerservice #lowratecoffeeflavor

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. No, they don't have a drive up line, but they are not too crowded, super fast, and very friendly. 😉 I love grabbing a cup of coffee here before I start my day at work down the street.
