As always, this location is staffed with friendly and personable people. They are always helpful if you want something to taste a specific way, and just generally pleasant to interact with. My cafe mocha was great for the colder weather, it was pleasantly bitter. Yumm.
I’ve been standing at the order counter for 12 minutes, and not a single one of these people have even looked me in the eye to ask what I would like just completely ignoring everybody
Ordered a Bacon Gouda sandwich in drive-thru. The bacon on the sandwich was raw. Not partially cooked - but RAW. It was sickening. By the time I opened the sandwich and saw the raw bacon hanging from the bun I was a few miles away-so didn't take it back. Disgusting. Where is the quality control? Skip this location if you are ordering food.
This place closes before the official listed closing time. Went twice 20-30 minutes before closing time and they could not take orders because of a “system update”. I won’t go here again. There is a better location on Carlisle and Menaul less than 5 minutes away.
Great customer service as well as speedy accurate service wish is nice because some other establishments fall short. All drinks are customizable with a small few depending on your additions. But many perks make it worth the fees for extras.
Staff were great. The only issue I had; it got very noisy. It wasn't the customers, I believe they were get some kind of work done
Zero stars, I had the most horrible customer service experience just now. The barista failed to acknowledge that she never took my order or that she didn’t remember it, and she made me the wrong drink and never apologized.
At least I corrected her before paying for something I didn’t want
Even before I was about to pay she was like where’s your card? Thinking I was just going to grab the drinks and not pay? I will not be going back to this location do better Starbucks hire people who can do a good job.
Got help durning calm hours, lady help me with a coffee I didn't see on shelf.

ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT! This coffee shop had perfectly roasted and brewed drinks - the short dark & handsome had the perfect hint of chocolate, and the toasted campfire marshmallow was a balanced and tasty, not overly sweet treat. Charles was wonderfull
Stopped here while driving through ABQ, and I feel jealous I donât have a place like this at home! Super friendly and helpful staff, good menu, and a great vibe. There are plenty of outlets, good sized tables, and wifi. The coffee is delicious too!
This is now my go to coffee shop. Excellent coffee. Outstanding, friendly staff. Authentic owners. Such a welcoming and unique (VW themed) atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and out. Clean restrooms. On my first visit I noticed the staff called man

WiFi and plugs are a must and they check that box but seating is limited but worth nabbing if you
Ah, finally a coffee shop that can make a drink and not be so stingy with their products! Very friendly and quick to make a marvelous drink. Clean I side and out with a lot of chairs and tables to relax, big windows for natural light. Great establish
Tried Little Bear Coffee for the first time yesterday. Decided to go for a cruise and came across this coffee shop. I was greeted and the gentleman that helped me recommended the LB Latte . I got it iced and it was so good. Today I stop there instead
I stopped in for a coffee and a blueberry scone. The coffee is probably the best coffee I have had in Albuquerque. The servers are friendly and the place is clean. The ambiance here is what you would expect from a coffeehouse.
On Saturday mornings, we often come to Satellite Coffee after a lovely walk through the Journal Center complex. The coffee is excellent! (I think better than another very popular coffee company). My all-time favorite is their Turkish Latte made with
I love coffee places that have a bunch of fun flavor mixes, and not the standard basic ones. This place has that. ð The coffee mix I had was Home For The Holidays (pretty good) and the Apricot Twist (AMAZING). I also love that the shop has a big s
Open at 6am and that's a great thing. I stopped in this morning for an hour or two of early morning work, a quick Zoom call and my first coffee of the day. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
My latte (no cortado) was excellent and with it, a cinnamon roll t
Absolutely loved my stay at the Desert Compass! The property is beautiful and very well kept. I stayed in the Rattlesnake Suite and it was so cozy, welcoming, and clean. The private/gated parking provided me with peace of mind. I would definitely boo
There is no one better than Lawrence for a specialized plan. I came in with a gluteal tendinopathy after months of working with a Physical Therapist, Lawrence was the one who finally got me feeling fully healed. Great gym, great people, highly reco
