Easily one of the best Starbucks in Northeast Ohio. The drive thru moves quickly, the drinks are made accurately, and the staff is nice. I've personally never had a bad experience here.
Plastic shards in the eggs bites… not great.
Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple latte, finally it’s made. Then it realize they made me a grande not a venti, I explained to the girl “I’ve waited 25 minutes and this isn’t even right” and she said “that’s okay”. Excuse me? Not even an apology. Pos service
They are compassionate, and well versed in their products! I was having a rather rough day with my wife, we had a problem earlier that day that really stressed us, and couldn't think fast enough on what I wanted. Shout out to Katie at the till; she picked a great combo with the pistachio. The whole team is lovely, and hooked a very picky person onto the pistachio for as long as y'all have it. Plus, food was great!
Starbucks always makes us feel welcome, and comforted.

Original Review - There is a CLOVER machine here. If you have not tried the coffee from this machine, you are missing out. Service is great. Plenty of seating, parking can be difficult at times.
Great location. Close to Giant Eagle Market District and Cinemark XD theatre. So worth stopping in while running errands.
Nice patio area (was too cold on my visit).

Waited 15 mins for a cold brew then an additional 10 for a hot sandwhich and cake pop. I watched my food sit there for 7 mins while the red head drive thru girl was texting on her nasty phone touching people’s drinks and food LOL. Nonetheless everyone looked like they hated their lives. Around 11am too when it’s not that busy. Didn’t get my sweet cold foam either after getting a $10 drink. Might as well save yourself the trouble and head to another location. I’ll be fully avoiding this one from now on.
Wonderful place. Always has clean, warm and inviting atmosphere. I've spent plenty of hours here chatting with friends. Food is always warm and fresh, nothing ever expired. I've mobile ordered a few times here and I've had a drink or two be wrong, but I understand how busy fast food can be so it doesn't matter, I just drink it anyway! Your staff is very well trained and polite too. They always compliment me on my shirts. Amazing place and service.
