Well it's okay... I mean I had a gift card for $10. I used to go to Starbucks awhile back. However, I ordered the Grande Iced chocolate mocha and the Grande was a small size water cup from McDonald's! If this is the "Grande", I would hate to see what happens if you ordered a Small! WOW 😳

I always like a drive-through because it’s very very fast and convenient and it saves a lot of time
They served hot coffee and it is tasty. They made with all the required ingredients which I ordered
I’m happy with the with the coffee latte with caramel drizzle whip cream which is my favorite drink which I always prefer to have at the store because of their good service to the customers

I honestly used to love coming to the Starbucks. I would actually drive to this one instead of the one in Centerton that is closest to my house.
But I just had the rudest interaction with the person taking the orders at this location.
I ordered my brown sugar, shaken espresso with light ice. That should’ve been the end of it.
But the Person goes off and starts preaching to me how the cup won’t be full just because I order light ice.
And I said, OK, trying to understand what they were saying. And they kept screaming no and getting an attitude with me because I wasn’t understanding what they were saying.
Honestly, the rudest customer experience I’ve ever experienced.
Tables could have used a wipe, but bathrooms were clean, and staff was quick and friendly. The parking lot was hard to navigate, and the drive-through was wrapped around building, making it impossible to pull out of the handicap parking, trapped there for nearly 20 minutes before we could pull out to leave. If handicapped would recommend going to another Starbucks location.
Had to drive back and still not right 😒. There our some nice kids that work there. But the person who I asked about my coffee was very umm putting it nicely...not friendly was a first for me there. to have her argue as I stayed quite. 🤷 AND MADE IT WRONG AGAIN...
Stacey is the man! He is passionate and charismatic. He goes above and beyond with customer service. I love this Starbucks just because of him! I am sure he is the backbone of this team! He brightens people's day!

How can you not love this location? You are going to love Airship coffee. Beautiful ambiance, art and excellent customer service. I just love the fake tree they have in the center of the kitchen.
