Absolute most terrible Starbucks. I’ve placed multiple orders on app which takes 35 minutes. Employees just sit and talk with no respect or consideration for customers waiting. This particular time I ordered 2 venti drinks. After waiting 30 minutes my husband asked for an update and they were out of venti cups. As you can clearly tell from the photo (the two with whipped cream supposedly made ONE venti Carmel Brûlée iced latte) they were made INCORRECTLY. One looks as dark as black coffee the other like milk. It’s sad when you wait that long, pay for coffee and service is terrible you can’t even get what you pay for or an apology.

This was a disappointing experience. There was a big pile of boxes in the dining area. There is no glass cabinet to see what they offered for food, I was just told they offer 'all the usual' items. Gee thanks. Ordered iced coffee and blueberry muffin. Muffin was small but tasty and the coffee was good. No napkin was given or offered, even when I asked. I think this place has plenty of potential but needs to step up their game.
Very nice Starbucks walking in, however I give one star due to the unprofessional ability to solve problems and how I had to buy my own cup to get my coffee. Which was the price of another coffee. We are driving 16 hrs through town, stopped in for a coffee. They somehow ran out of lids for grande and venti cups. We ordered several grande coffees and they tried to give us the equal amount in “talls”. I asked if I could have the cup without the lid, that was a no. I then asked if I got my own cup for them to make it if they would make it in that since we are traveling. We don’t have enough space to put 4-6 talls in our car, let alone I would rather not divide up my coffee. They went ahead and made it anyway after I had already said no, so off to the side I had to buy my own travel cup, and pour my own coffee to make it fit. I ended up wasting it because it wouldn’t fit. Only one employee was even moderately apologetic. I am very disappointed in Starbucks as I am paying high dollar for coffee and good service. I chose Starbucks for the high quality and did not get it.
I’m not a big reviewer, but it needs to be known how awesome my experience was today! The drive thru worker, who I believe was named Cameron, was a ray of sunshine! Give this man a raise!
We were the only ones inside and outside at the time and had placed a mobile order so decided to go through the drive thru to grab it. They immediately made sure to tell us that we should be going inside to get it first at the speaker and then again at the window. As a frequent customer at starbucks we do this all the time at other locations and I’ve never been scolded for it. The workers should be be using common sense, if they aren’t busy they shouldn’t be hastling customers for mobile orders being picked up in the drive thru.
Best baristas ever — and we go to a lot of Starbucks. Friendly, efficient and very competent. Just what we needed on a rough morning on a long trip.
