My go-to Starbucks store, conveniently situated just down the street, is a gem that stands out. Nestled right off the highway, the drive-through experience here is both safe and welcoming. They are incredibly efficient, ensuring you get your order fast and with precision. It's all about delivering the perfect cup of coffee promptly. Kind of disappointed! Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato and pretty much got an iced expresso with caramel syrup flavor and milk. No caramel :( For the pricing I wish I had got the caramel to my drink. Gave 2 stars because they normally don’t mess up my drinks and I was especially looking forward to this one today.

Recommend avoiding the drive thru at this location. After we paid the worker in the window completely ignored us for 5 minutes with our drinks sitting there in the window, already made. Coffee cooled quite a bit as it was just sitting there.

Drive thru is terrible. Placed a mobile order in advance for 1 cold brew to be picked up in the drive thru. Guy working drive thru window was incredibly slow and couldn't seem to manage more than 1 simple task at a time, much less handing over 1 drink that was already waiting at the window. I had to wave to get another worker's attention to inquire about my drink because the drive thru guy wouldn't even open the window, greet, or anything after waiting several minutes

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They messed up my drinks and when I said oh I guess it was my fault. No one helps me. I stood there for a few mins till someone helped me. The Baristas said it was my fault and “I guess, I’ll fix it but YOU messed it up.” In a very loud voice that everyone in the place looked at me as if I did something when it was them. How can they do that to their customers. They blamed me. I have never been treated like that. Ever. most will be nice. I just walked out. Also as I was talking like 4 baristas all ganged up all around the area and started raising their voices and everyone was staring. Who does that to a customer? I understand you’re busy but that was So Unprofessional.

Great atmosphere and friendly baristas! I go here almost everyday to either work or study and enjoy my coffee!

It was nice and cleaned, but all the tables were taken by one person on each table using the wifi doing homework. So, I had to stand and wait for my drinks.
