Starbucks - Coffee shop in Longview - 2105 Gilmer Rd, USA

They changed their opening hours from 5am to 5:30, but apparently only told the employees. I'm not the only one who's now waiting over 10 minutes to put an order I'm. There's even someone parked in front of the drive thru speaker waiting for them to take an order, not knowing why they're being ignored

Great place, though the walk-in options are sub-par. I can't count the amounts of times I've parked, gotten out of the car to go inside; only to find the door locked and only drive through available. To which we then have to get back in the car and wait in the drive-through line for 25 minutes.

I love the employees and this is a treat for us once in awhile. Today was the only day they did not have the frappuccinos correct. 8/21/23, made my second round this morning and I always order the same thing that includes 3 shots. It normally separates and ordered 2 on the last visit. The strong taste isn't there and it never separated. Customers pay for additions! I'm lost interest in Starbucks and will be looking elsewhere.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Longview. Friendly staff, get you through quick. And nobody makes the refresher like they do! Not my photo, but you get the point.

Coffe tasted great! That was until I got to the end and discovered what looks to be the plastic ring that goes around a milk jug sitting in the bottom of my cup. Will not ever return back to this location.

I went through the drive through and they forgot my cream cheese. Always check your order before you leave the window! Everyone makes mistakes.

Love the atmosphere this morning with the Christmas music playing and aroma of coffee…takes me back to Christmas morning growing up smelling my Dads coffee and the Christmas music playing.

45 mins sitting in the drive thru is ridiculous. Couldn't even leave because of the layout, otherwise I would have. Every time it's at least 30 mins of just sitting here. Guess I'll go back to using coffee mill.
