Whoever made my coffee on 1/6/24 I hope you find a $100 on the ground, never run out of hot water, and always get a good parking spot. This was the sexiest coffee Ive ever had in my life and I order this all the time.
I usually stop here once a week. I stopped for a while because even ordering ahead, I was still waiting 10-15 mins. This morning I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. When I got to work, I realized there was no cream cheese. Drove back, asked for them to please reheat the bagel and please give cream cheese. The girl was working to empty the trash, stopped, grabbed the cream cheese and put it in the same bag as my bagel. This just gives me an ick. Anything touching food should be sanitary, and her touching the trash, was not. Back to DD I go.
Miserable expirence Waited 30 minutes for my food, drinks were watered down due to the forgetting to make my food and making me wait 30 minutes. Said something multiple times, only to be blown off by the employee. I witnessed one of the male employees be super rude to another concerned customer. Those employees should be ashamed. For the money Starbucks charges, the service and employees should be much better. Never going back.
Great Starbucks 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 . They had everything I wanted. Plenty of items in stock and a good amount of Christmas items on clearance right now. Staff was professional and timely. Bathrooms could use some TLC but it's the holidays and I'm sure getting a repair person in isn't easy right now. Plenty of room inside to sit and enjoy your coffee ☕ with wifi. I noticed the drive-thru was very busy. So if you don't want to wait in their drive-thru then go inside for faster service and please tip the staff! It's the holidays and they really are hard working friendly folks.
I ordered a ice espresso with light ice. I got only half of a drink no water fill in or anything. Don’t go here the staff doesn’t understand the menu items and you are wasting money. Coming from a Starbucks employee.
I went here while staying in Westport for two days. This had to be the largest SB I've been in to date. If the weather was warmer, I would have sat out in the patio area, again, the largest I've seen at an SB myself. Service was good, too, for my visit here that day.
Had to be amused at the KP reviewer story about her bagel experience! I just had an almost identical experience this morning in Frederick (MD) where I live! A nearby SB that I go to regularly, I ran up to before watching Sunday news shows. The bag clearly said cream cheese, but I got home and someone put butter in the bag! So I ran back to get it corrected. The person said they would make me a new bagel and I did wonder if they were going to put the cream cheese in the same bag as he was working the register in my case. Fortunately for me, he put the cream cheese in a separate bag for the replacement bagel. Too funny to have had such a similar encounter, states away.
The management needs to do a better job of protecting their employees. A customer who apparently had a life or death situation over a damn missing drink degrated an employee. Repeatedly calling her fowl names. Then had the audacity to write a Google review bad mouthing said employee but didn't include the part where she made a scene and was rude. If this was my establishment she would've been asked to leave.

about my order a young girl said it was stolen and put her hands up, when I told her I was standing there watching, she said it got stolen and I told her if you are not going to serve us the drinks then I want a refund back to my app. She wanted to know what I ordered, if she looked it up at the at the register she would of have found my order in there she said that I have an attitude and I need to respect her. No she needs to respect customers when a customer stands for 20 minutes for the order she's accusing people of stealing. Not acceptable. I'm sure there's cameras in there back up that my beverages were not stolen cameras in there, when she took my order she didn't print the receipt sent down to the bistras. I'm a paying customer she should not be arguing with customers that their orders got stolen in oh well, that will send me through the roof. There was a Starbucks closer to me I was just there it would be the same service but it's not..
I will not respect teenagers with disrespectful attitudes accusing people of stealing.

The have perfectly made macarons!!! The rest of their baked goods are also incredibly tasty. I loved the Kale soup and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the cacoila sandwich. Lovely fancy little cafe you NEED to check out!
My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight
