I don’t why but every time I go to this location they never put the correct milk in my coffee and every single time I have to go back and get it fixed. Today I went back in the store nicely told the guy at the counter the milk was suppose to be soy he says nothing and takes the coffee from me then gives me the new one and says nothing again. I work a customer service job and I would get fired if I treated a customer that way. Best part is I got in the car and the cup was warped and it spilled all down my shirt. Stop charging $8 for a coffee if if your workers can not get the order right.
Only Starbucks I have ever seen that doesn’t start your order until you arrive to pick it up.

Surely the Starbucks franchise can’t be hurting this much. First the cups got smaller, but the price didn’t change. Now they’re giving you a half cup of liquids and it’s horrible. This is ridiculous! This pic does not do the amount of tea really in the cup any justice. What you see is the foam, but the tea is actually very little. If the foam isn’t at the top of the cup, that should tell you something. Quality + Quantity = Loyal Customers……Time to check out Dutch Bros ✌🏽
