When the location by my house messed up my coffee this morning (it was like pure water and cream 😞) this Starbucks remade my drink free of charge! I offered to pay and they wouldn't accept. You guys are just the best 👌 it shows. It matters how a business handles a complaint and they took responsibility for something that they did not even do. You guys are super heroes 👏 🙌 ❤️
Great location, all the baristas are very friendly and provide fast service. I order ahead through the app and pickup through drive-thru. The iced pumpkin crème chai latter with oatmilk been my favorite this season.
Decided to dine in, first time at this location. I’ve been watching them work through a rush and through a slow time. They are on their game 110%. I’ve seen their regulars come in for pick up and they know them all by name just from entering the door. This is perhaps the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The leadership is present, the care is here, and the food/drink are perfect and on point. Great job you guys. I was having a miserable morning but y’all have boosted my day nicely.

The best Starbucks in all of Dallas is this one. I've been driving for a living for years, and I don't order from them until I arrive from Fort Worth. Everyone is always very polite, enthusiastic, and pleased to see you, and they always call me by name and never ever screw up my order. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could! Many thanks to you all for the excellent things you do.
I've probably been to 50+ Starbuck's locations in my life and this one by far has the happiest and kindest employees. Quality is better than what you expect from a Starbucks.
