Starbucks - Coffee shop in San Antonio - 2202 Fredericksburg Rd, USA

When they didn’t put the java chips in my drink, like they were supposed to, I asked nicely for them to put some. I would want what I paid for. They took the drink back and decided to put an unnecessary amount in the drink. It was disgusting and tasted like straight up cold melted chocolate. I don’t see the need to be petty when I paid for it, and they have the audacity to ask for tips at the window with the card machine. Keep in mind in the photo, I already drank half the drink, sadly, and had to drink the majority of java chips. I asked for a mocha cookie crumble, sub the mocha with white mocha, please.

Parking is limited if you're going inside. Began to park in a space near the adjacent business (same parking lot) but an elderly gentleman was camped out there with a pile of clothes. Furthermore he was animated and was making strange gestures in mid air. Eventually found a space closer to Starbucks building. Store was clean and well kept. Restrooms were immaculate and smelled very fresh/ clean. Slight wait for cashier to finish stocking.

I order the same thing most of the time and the drinks are a hit or miss. Today I laugh instead of being upset. I had a venti seasonal drink and the cup is literally almost full of ice. This is what a full cup looks like here.

Ordered drinks through the drive thru, had a gift card. Amount owed was $4. Tried to pay with a $50 dollar bill and they said absolutely not. “It’s policy”. No exceptions. Kids in the back waiting on their drinks, when Mom can pay. NOPE. I’m a gold member, and a first responder and have spent thousands of dollars over the last 23 years and no give. Had to drive away. Also had to go back in for my gift card and nothing was said. I have my degree in restaurant and hotel management and this was garbage. Thanks Starbucks.

Personally I feel like I should just order a shot at this point because they've just been giving me 25% foam in any size cup that I order

I want to thank the District Manager & General Manager here at this Starbucks location @ Fredericksburg Rd. & W.Hildebrand. Across directly from HEB. I was to meet my sis at her home not far from this location. I chose to surprise my sis with a drink. I arrived and walked in immediately greeted. Rose & Abbey were extremely busy. As was Michelle & Mercedes. I observed how quickly they filled orders, politely working together not trying to get in each others way. They were quickly filling orders, and the 4 ladies were extremely busy. I didn't wait 3 minutes. Placed my order to Rose. Rose was polite, gracious, friendly, kind and a good listener. Abbey was in control very effectively with the drive thru. Excellent customer service recognition to these hard working ladies. All 4 ladies are an ASSET to this location. Thank you for having such excellent employees here. I will be back again and again to this location. 💯 CGR

Their service is always professional and friendly. Very clean and you're in and out quickly. Always helpful when I'm not sure what I want.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and just basically got a cup of plain coffee. Just maybe a hint of flavor. First and last time at this location. The local coffee shops around this location are better.
