Starbucks - Coffee shop in San Antonio - 6028 Worth Pkwy, USA

This is my favorite Starbucks around! They always seem to get my humor when I make silly names for mobile orders. The drive through line is always quick. And my Frappuccino’s are always ice cold and a huge pick me up for the day. I’ve bought a number of take home cups from this location because they always have great ones in store.

My order is almost always exact. They are friendly and efficient, and our favorite spot in this area. Placing mobile orders is a breeze and they even have a shaded patio area.

Our 2nd visit to this location on a Saturday morning about 8 a.m. we ordered 2 Macchiato’s and we did not have to wait long for our order. The coffee were just right hot and tasted well. While readying to post my review of this Starbucks location I decided to read some of the previous reviews when I saw they had 1 star. Fortunately this was not the case for our visit. The order was taken and process in a timely manner. The appearance of the store inside was clean. The person who took the order did so courteously. Overall a positive outcome.

I've gotten drinks here occasionally when shopping. This store has always made my drink with excellence. Anything I order here tastes like the Starbucks I remember long ago. I had a latte last night and just had to leave a review. I don't know how they do it!

Purchased 8 varieties of Starbucks drink, the barista set them in the counter and left them. I walked up and asked if they were mine and I was literally ignored. I asked again and was told to give them a minute. I waited and then picked up the drinks my name was in them. I then asked which one was the one with less sweetener and again ignored. I raised my voice and was told they were taking care of other customers in the drive through. Terrible experience and people who work there just don’t care!!!

Waited in line for 15 minutes. Handed the guy at the drive thru window a large bill. He said um can’t you just Apple Pay? I said no, I’m paying in cash. He said nobody pays in cash. I said well I am. He said um I don’t want to take that. So we left empty handed. Maybe he can’t count??? Waste of time. Won’t go back there.

terrible experience! completed ruined my day and filled me with rage. I ordered a chai tea gingerbread latte expecting hot and received iced. Usually the baristas ask hot or iced, i forgot to specify and was not asked that question, just given what the barista assumed, which was iced and i did not want. I didn’t feel like being a karen or disrupting the line of cars behind me so i decided to not say anything to the barista. However, i will not attend this location in the future because of this terrible experience. I threw my drink out the window because i didn’t want an iced drink and was VERY mad. what a waste for a $7 coffee

The most absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life and I have been to several. First off I order the same iced coffee I get every time and it was literal creamer so while I’m in the drive through waiting for my second drink I ask her to remake it and it is literally the same drink. I order two Venti drinks she gives me the water down coffee and the Frappe as a grande. I paid 20$ for two horrible drinks and I am not happy when I told her the Frappe was a venti not a grande she smirks and says I can just give u a refund if that’s what u are looking for. And I just drove off because I am looking for delicious Starbucks coffee not a refund. Go to the target location this one is horrible.
