Drive thru took 20 minutes and I was only 6 cars behind. Get the order booth and they are out of several coffee syrups. My coffee was horrible I asked for Capp and got a frappe. Finally got the right coffee and it tasted terrible I ended up throwing it out

So excited to have this new Starbucks here! The barista's were all amazing, very friendly, and professional. Coffee and good was amazing as always. Inside the shop is modern and gorgeous!
There was nobody else inside and the gentleman started making my drink, forgot about it and started working on other orders and didn’t go back to mine. Somebody else seen it just sitting there and finally put it in the cup. It sat in the blender for over 10 min. I waited inside for over 15 min. They was to busy talking and playing around instead of working. This store is the worst in Tyler
Very impress with Ian and his professionalism and customer service. Thank you for providing me with a good experience today. 😊
Was handed a scolding hot cup with the lid not on correctly and when I griped the cup to Put in cup holder- the lid came off and scolding hot coffee went everywhere and scolded my right hand.
I spent $30 on drinks and on one of our drinks that was no ice or strawberry inclusions they didn’t bother filling up the whole cup. When I asked why, the worker supposedly said it was a new rule that the manager started this month in April! I don’t understand if this is a new rule why don’t they put a sign up or something!! Terrible management.
I got the chocolate chip Frappuccino and it tasted like straight water. Barista’s definitely need some more training. You can see all the liquid just sitting at the bottom it wouldn’t even mix well.

The staff was really friendly. The pastries and drinks were tasty. There is a ton of seating! It is connected to a church as well which I thought was interesting. I know some people would really enjoy that. I highly recommend this place.

Great little trail tucked away in Tyler. We especially love the Walk-with-a-Doc we got to attend. Apparently this happens on the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 am with Dr. Jennie Zheng. My wife and I enjoyed learning and exercising!
Absolutely incredible! From the volunteers to the amazing productions. It was an absolutely delightful experience and I will return for more. Shout out to miss gayle for being such a sweet person
We visited this park a few years ago and wanted to let my Husky, who was diagnosed with cancer on Friday, to have one last visit at a dog park. She went blind a week earlier so this was a new experience for her. She managed well and due to the size o
I have lived at Haverhill for the last two years. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. They feel less like an apartment & more like a townhome with the open floor plan. The neighbors are gems. The property is quiet and safe. Staff are prom

Tiger Creek is another must-see in Tyler! The sanctuary is incredibly well-kept with lots of big cats to see! Our guided tour led by Kayla K was the cherry on top. Kayla was a trooper walking us through during the rain while maintaining a smile the e
