Not a good Starbucks location. Very slow, staff don’t look happy, staff aren’t friendly, homeless or sketchy people inside, and a chance that you’ll have your drink stolen. There are better locations around town. Avoid this one at all cost.
I ordered on Uber eats and the driver opened my drink. When I called to ask if they had bagged it up I spoke with Madi and she assured me that it was bagged up when the driver picked it up. I had to reorder and when I did Madi sent a $5 gift card with a note apologizing for my experience. It really made up for the bad experience and it was so appreciated. Thank you Madi!!!
Honestly, it’s a gamble going to this location because half of the time they get the order wrong. Then, they make you pull up to bring you the order and take forever. You end up having to go inside the store, which defeats the purpose of the drive thru. To make matters worse, the employees are very rude. When you tell them there was something wrong with your order, they act like it’s your fault. It’s probably best to go across the street to the Starbucks inside the target. At least you know you’ll get what you asked for.
The baristas / servers here are atrocious! This was one of my worst experiences at a Starbucks. One missus (she was the shift leader) messed up on my order twice in a row and then threw a tantrum when I asked her for my correct order. She first gave me a completely different item and then proceeded to remake my drink in the wrong size. I simply asked her to correct my order. She offered a flippant apology but kept rolling her eyes at me. They need to retrain their workers here in basic manners.
On 11/6/22 I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I even said “can I vent , I mean can I get a venti..” I get to the window they hand me a grande. I asked for the correct size that I ordered and she said it said grande when I said Venti for both. I overheard a co worker in there with attitude saying “did she want a venti cup or did she order a venti drink” they handed me back my drink in a venti cup not even all the way full. First they messed up my order then they handed me this (see photo) after I asked and ordered 2 Venti sized drinks. I drove off after because I didn’t feel like dealing with the attitude and incorrect size again. As I was drinking my drink I noticed a little black thing in my drink. (See photo) The worst service I’ve experienced at this location .
i was greeted at the drive thru by eli and she was the most respectful and kind woman. she made small talk with me to make any wait time go faster. she’s truly the best worker i’ve come in contact with here even though they’ve all been amazing each time i’ve come by
Pleasant experience good music, Kai had great energy and helped me decide on which holiday flavor to try in my cold brew we went with the chestnut flavor which was delightful and my drink was ready right after I paid
