This is my #1 Starbucks! I love the partners at this location and my drink is ALWAYS spot on! Today I was surprised with a free sample for a new drink from Katherine who was super sweet, and there were super cute little kitty drawings on the cups which I just thought was such a cute extra gesture to bring some positivity to my day. Love this team, love this store! ^^ <3

As usual they didn't have dark roast and only reason was Dennys was closed. The staff was however one of the most professional and respectful I have seen at a Starbucks. Lobby was clean and quiet when we got there.

Aiden the manager fixed a mistake from the store up the street. Super friendly, and went above and beyond. I wish all starbucks managers followed the way he runs the store!

I’m so beside myself right now. I was kind of caught offf guard. And I regret paying for my drink. I’m very nice to the workers here. What happened was that I ordered a venti drink with no ice and extra oat milk to fill it up. I know they make the drink with ice so when I ordered it I said I don’t mind if it’s not cold. The nice person (whose fault this was not) at the window actually hands me a venti drink not even a 3rd full and explained that they needed me to ask for it with oat milk? I asked for extra oat milk to begin with. It actually made no sense. She then asked me if I wanted it in a grande cup which wasn’t even full either. I payed actually 7 dollars of my money. That’s the most cheap thing I’ve witnessed. Clearly you guys don’t care about your customers even though you get paid VERY well and work for a multibillion dollar corporation. Yet my venti drink was a tall. Yes. I am pressed. People should stop going to Starbucks let alone this one with a stuck up employee. I wish the lady at the window acknowledged how ridiculous that was and had it remade instead of explaining it to me. I didn’t even know what to say but I’m just disgusted by this company sometimes.

It’s my finals week and needed something to wake me up. Once I pulled into the drive thru, MJ was wonderful at recommending me a vanilla cold brew and made sure I got what I needed to get me through the day. Once I pulled to the window, I asked her to sell me a gift card and surprise me with whatever design she liked and not only did she surprise me, she brought every single design available to show me and not just pick one out of the bunch! I forgot to take my receipt from her but I hope this reaches the store managers and make sure she knows she is very appreciated !

This is my local SBUX. Great option for me for my coffee or tea fix that is walking distance or when I'm getting something en route to work.

Two locations in Albq, NM are total disappointments: Montana @ I-25, this location did not have an open lobby and the parking spaces are blocked by the active drive-up lane. And you couldn't order online for pickup. Downtown, Broadway @ Lomas, again parking is blocked by active drive-up lane. Inside, all tables HAVE BEEN REMOVED. There were SIX baristas there, but service seemed slow for a Sunday late morning. The baristas also seemed very quiet...no chattiness...like dreadful place to work? STARBUCKS is getting plenty of business during its active times and it can do a lot better. If they are having some homeless problems at their downtown location, it wasn't that way during the Spring of 2023 when we patronized the store quite a bit. If you are concerned about hang-arounders inside the store, may I suggest tall bar stool tables for starters. Also you could always incorporate security to tacitly discourage loitering. Perhaps some outside patio tables would be nice (remove parking next to the driveup lane and create patio setting...don't have to rrmove asphalt...just experiment.). And for heavens sake don't close these stores.

This Starbucks is typically really quick with lines that do not discourage. The only thing that bums me out is that I get the same drink almost every day and the consistency of the taste and amount of milk in my coffee is never the same.
