Everytime i come here it’s super quick! I usually make a stop before going into work and you get your order in a timely manner and you’re back on the road. Close to the freeway so it’s convenient, staff is always friendly
I go to this location often as I live close by, I went in today, and had the pleasure of meeting one of the nicest workers I have ever met. Her energy was unmatched!! I didn't get her name but I was so in awe of her vibrant positive energy-which is hard to come by these days.

They need to work on their customer service skills, this location doesn’t fit Starbucks standards.
Customer service is great but I think it was a bad idea to remove the tables and chairs. Starbucks are known to be a go-to place to study.
This is ridiculous! The drinks are filled just over half a cup and did not follow instructions (requested extra hot, came lukewarm).
If you order ahead through the app, as I always do, I recommend that you reiterate your order for the drive-through staff before getting up to the window because they regularly get my order wrong. Specifically, I've had my hot beverage served to me over ice several times. Nowhere in my order did I request ice, but apparently, they made the assumption I wanted it iced based on the ingredients.
Most recently, I actually did clarify through the speaker of the drive-thru that I didn't want my drink iced. She confirmed it was prepared hot rather than iced. However, the barista then handed me my order while reporting that I "wanted my drink warm" and asking if it was okay that they "avoided steaming the milk, so the drink was room-temp." Since I was in a hurry, I just said, "Yes, that's fine," and left with the drink. I was highly confused, however, since I'd ordered the drink hot rather than "warm" or "room temperature." I don't know where they get this stuff.
