I frequent this Starbucks location just about everyday and have for the past couple of years as I only live about 5min away. Sometimes I sit in the cafe to work and other times I grab my cold brew to go. All of this to say, this is one of the best Starbucks that I have visited.
The staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they seem to always have positive attitudes with customers and each other. My order is always ready and correct and the wait is never long. I genuinely enjoy my trips into this location. Keep up the great work!!
Love love love this specific location. My coffee is always on point and the staff is super nice and friendly. There is never a long wait even if there's 10 cars in line. I will go out of my way to go to this specific location because it is always consistent.
Overall, it was Starbucks; we all know what they have to offer.
However, the positive things that I noticed on this visit to the Winchester Rd. location was that as employees were changing shifts, employees still working were very genuinely hollering to tell the exiting employees bye. You could tell they have a great working relationship and culture.
Also, one of the bathrooms was out of order. I didn't ask questions, but as I sat working on my laptop drinking my coffee, I noticed a maintenance man come in carrying some tools and a mop/mop bucket heading to the out of order restroom. Immediately, one of the lead staff members thanked him publicly across the store and offered for him to come over once finished to get any coffee or food item on her just for taking care of them. That appreciation was good to see.
Seems like a great crew there currently, and as you likely know, good employees and a positive culture mean everything as it directly impacts the customer experience.
Great Job team!
Five Star Staff. I have to say the staff at this Starbucks are definitely worth Five Stars. I also must add that I am not a coffee drinker, but I make several trips to all the Starbucks around Huntsville AL for my wife and daughter on a regular basis. Just this morning I went to the Starbucks on Winchester Road, in a rush, to surprise try and grab my wife’s favorite coffee for her birthday and make it back home to give it to her, before she left for work. The Starbucks had a line of cars all the way around the building and I went inside where there were also a lot of folks grabbing coffee. I was greeted by the staff as they were joyful mad dash filling order’s. I waited less then a minute for one of the ladies to take my order, where she even went to apologize my wait. I then ordered and watched as the very professional staff worked together in it seemed such a perfect, poetic, and again joyous precision to get orders ready and out to the customers, like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in less the 5 minutes and again the lady thanked me and apologize for my wait. My Hat’s Off to the staff!!! You guys are ROCK STARS!!!
Staff is very friendly, but the coffee/drinks taste horrible here. I always stick with the same two drinks but for some reason the Starbucks on governors and north parkway always make them so much better, I live not even 3 minutes from this location and will drive an extra 15 to go to the other ones instead.
Brittany Caudle you are a terrible manager and I pray that Starbucks gets you the training that you need! Your customer service will drive customers away! My company wanted to give this Starbucks a very big order for a company meeting. I called to ask about some of the items that were not listed on the website, but was told by Brittany that they WERE available. We were trying to place the order for the things not listed on the website and we were told by Brittany that its to bad and oh well we can't order. I specifically asked Brittany if this was the impression that she wanted to give my company and she said yes, spelled her name facetiously and hung up rudely. This is very bad customer service, my company was very upset with how we were treated. Brittany thank yourself, you just lost Starbucks a whole company that will never purchase from this Starbucks again!
I placed my order via the app this morning. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to this location. My drink and food weren't ready, which is fine. What isn't fine, is that I waited 10 minutes, the the barista announced that she was 20 minutes behind. I had to leave otherwise I would have been late for work. You would think that I would have received a refund but no, nothing. It's highly unlikely that I will return to this location.
I took about 4 of the photos. I think it’s the best looking and biggest Starbucks in Huntsville. It’s great not having to drive so far to get coffee or to sit in a coffee shop. I look forward to reading and being on tech, there. I went again with my kid and we meant to order Frappuccinos, and accidentally, ordered them hot. Too hot for the kid, and they just replaced them. #HighFive for customer service.

I ordered a shot of espresso (Brazil medium roast) and a golden latte. The espresso has a really good aroma with a little bit of acidity. The golden latte was not too sweet and had a smooth after taste. All employees were friendly and made customer c
My absolute favorite local coffee shop. The coffee selection is phenomenalâ Iâm an iced latte gal but theyâve got something for everyoneâ lots of roast options that Iâm sure would appease nearly any palette. They have a lot of non-coffee dr
We stopped in here for some evening caffeine since we had been running around all day. If I lived in Huntsville, this would be my go-to coffee shop. Cool location in the old part of town with lots of outdoor seating. I loved the decorations as well a
Super sad that itâs no longer southbrew, but the new place is great too! Barista was really nice, I asked for the drops of Jupiter and she was able to make it for me! $4.90 for a very decently sized iced latte is hard to find anywhere other than Du
Visited for the first time today. Really friendly staff (took me a minute to decide). Enjoyed chatting w/the gentleman w/the dreads and it wasn't an artificial "we are paid to be nice" type of dialogue. Unexpected during this busy season and I app

I've been here to drink a few times and it's always a good time. I went the other night to try the pizza and I'm blown away. I was expecting to like it, hoping to love it and thankfully I loved it! One of the best wood fired pizzas I've ever had. All
This is a great hotel. The rooms and common areas are well kept, the beds are comfy, and they give you a good assortment of pillows, so you're bound to have one you like. The evening food is more than just snacks; it can be a full dinner for sure.
A must for any history enthusiast. The museum has lots of very high-quality pieces from a variety of nations and is well kept by knowledgeable staff. Their restored vehicles look amazing. This place is clearly ran by people who care. $5 donation for
All the good things said about this place are true! I got the Fire In The Hole burger. My burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Also, it's HUGE! None of the pictures do them justice on just how big they are. You definitely get what you pay for.
This trail is about five miles long, add another couple of miles for those who get to the end and take the Tennessee River trail as well that goes along the Tennessee river.
The scenery is enjoyable. The Aldridge Creek is close by (from both sides o
