Good service and drinks, I love the way they make the iced shaken espresso drinks here! Drive thru is a bit twisty so be careful of traffic if you’re going at a busy time in this area. Staff has also been friendly! I’ve only been to this location a few times the past year but each time there was never any issue with my order.
Horrible service by the worker at this Starbucks. Mobile ordered, and it stated 9-12 minutes. I live 15 minutes from this location. When i got there, I waited an additional 10 minutes and asked for an update and was informed it would be another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, the drive-through was moving along just fine. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
The food prices no longer justify the product that you receive. The music is played entirely. Too loud. If you're there to do work. The staff is friendly, but on this trip I was ignored for about 2 minutes standing at the counter. There's nothing more than I can say but, it's Starbucks.
Please train your staff to make drinks the same it’s very frustrating when you pay good money for coffee and it’s made differently by each staff member, especially when one doesn’t fill the drink to the top. This has happened multiple times at this location where there is barely any coffee to the point the cup feels half empty.
I ordered through the app and when I got there, Cinder (sorry not sure how to spell her name) told me someone had taken my drink. Despite it not being her mistake, she happily remade my drink and went above and beyond to fix the situation!
Shows why Starbucks is where you go for consistent coffee w clean fast service. Girlfriend had coffee tasted way too sweet than usual...they happily remake no question why.
Worst starbucks. Its right next to my work so I used to stop here most mornings, but they never get what I order correct. I stopped coming here. Came back today after a few weeks and got a sandwich with no cheese. Says no cheese on the slip too but it had cheese on it. Cant eat it and cant go run back and wait in line for 20 mins for a new one. So thats $5 wasted. I also only get white hot chocolate, as I can’t have caffeine. They constantly give me regular hot chocolate or white mocha. Cant have them and they give attitude when I have to give it back… annoying🤷♀️
The employees here are quite nice and I appreciate their hard work during the holiday season!
