The staff here are awesome. They are friendly and greets you with a hello and smile. This is one of my favorite places to go. My grandson gets a kick out of pushing the chairs around. Keep up the good work guys.
I’ve gone to this specific Starbucks for years. Overall, my experiences have been great. The staff are friendly and considerate of your needs. This Starbucks has a drive-thru. The inside is spacious despite its appearance outside. The parking is difficult, however, since the area is small. There is limited parking due to the building being attached to the Dominoes and, again, the parking lot itself is tiny! Not my preferred Starbucks, but I don’t mind stopping by this one either. I do recommend stopping in for your own opinion!
Worst drive thru ever for a Starbucks...
For some weird reason, Every single time i go through the drive thru, they can't seem to understand English when they are told no whip cream. Maybe stop hiring deaf people to take orders in the drive thru... this place has gone down hill. This is the worst one in Bremerton! My advice.... go to another one two minuets down the road if you want what you actually order. Fyi not everyone has the time to sit while you have to remake every single drink you make. Smdh
Never was a Starbucks fan and never will be a Starbucks fan. Out of a list of drinks that they offer the only thing that I like is the mocha cookie crumble which is the reason for the five stars because of that one drink other than that everything else is just nasty bring back SPC
Poor management, shift Scheduling and manning. A dedicated employee wanted to spend one last night at home before her husbands deployment and no other employees would take her shift or swap hours with her.

I went to this location today to pick up 2 delivery orders for 2 separate individuals. Total chaos!! The food and drink for one order was in 2 separate bags but another persons food was placed in the food bag. (A different name other than the 2 I was picking up for.) Brought it to the gals attention and she removed the wrong food and walked off. Both orders had one drink but both drinks were placed in the 2nd orders bag. I had to ask another employee to fix it for me since the 1st employee walked away and never returned. I understand getting busy , but no apology from the 1st employee, then just walking away with both orders wrong is totally unacceptable.
I have gone to this McDonald's and the last time I went ,yesterday, I got a 1/2 of a small cup of ice cream which was very small. Much smaller than any other McDonald's I have gone to. I ask why the girl turn me over to t he Mgr. Who said they were reinstating this McDonald's on how they can give. For the cup being so small
I questioned it as it was only 1inch of ice cream . That was a rip off , sorry but you should at least get a decent amount of ice cream for the amount you spend. ☹😖
Best latte Iâve had on the peninsula(maple latte)! Super good espresso and a cozy environment that has plenty of space and different types of seating for working/reading. Definitely will be back regularly!
