I like leaving good reports. But this one is about your immature service rep. If she doesnt want to be polite and aware, Starbucks is not the place to work. A good tip in the industry is to think every customer is your regional manager or CEO. Serious. Try harder. You'll be happier.

Employees were helpful and friendly in my ordering experience. My tall latte was not good. The milk was too hot and clearly on the scorched side, the latte was very bubbly and not smooth.
This is my brothers favorite SB in town. Why he likes it? That is his business. I like it cuz The Workers rock and roll. They know their business and they do their business.
