Update 10/26/2023-We stopped by around 5:30 and ordered 2 Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiatos from the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful as always and our drinks were hot, ready quickly, and tasted delicious. I always have a great experience at this Starbucks-it is hands-down my favorite Starbucks around.
Update 06/17/23-We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon and ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Nitro Cream Cold Brew and White Chocolate Mocha. Staff was friendly and quick-our order was ready in under 5 minutes. The Cold Brew was outstanding-it was absolutely delicious. The White Chocolate Mocha was great-exactly as I expected. I updated my rating to 5 stars as both coffees were labeled. This Starbucks continues to make excellent coffees and provide great service. I will certainly return!
We stopped by mid-Saturday afternoon for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew and a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Our order taker was friendly and knowledgeable, and our coffees were ready immediately. Both coffees were excellent and on par with ones I’ve had at other Starbucks. I only gave 4 stars because the coffees were not differently labeled and I wasn’t told which one was which. There are plenty of tables and sofas inside where you can chat and work, as well as plenty of outdoor tables, with chill vibes. This is a nice Starbucks location-I will definitely be back!
This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The drinks are always made to perfection and the baristas are super nice. Last time i was here I gave Emily a complicated drink order and she never complained I was being so extra, then proceeded to write a sweet message on my drink 💕.
My favorite Starbucks EVER! I'm a huge Swiftie and the Taylor Swift drinks have been such a joy. Everyone is incredibly kind and I wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
You would think if you work the drive through and interact with the customers you would have some sort of personality & customer service skills- that definitely wasn’t the case today. Zoe/Zoey took our order today and it was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Not personable at all, borderline rude. Also, they were extremely slow and a simple “I’m sorry for the wait” would’ve gone a long way. Instead she didn’t ask how we were or offer any kind of apology and just handed us our drinks without saying more than a couple of words. It was extremely disappointing and I hope she learns how to treat customers in the future.
I believe they switched workers at the drive through while we were waiting in line, because the lady who took our order was extremely nice, but we were met with an awfully rude person at the window. Incredibly rude and tried charging me for the person that was behind’s order... She then rolled her eyes when I tried correcting her. Will definitely not be coming to this Starbucks again. Thank you Zoe 🙄
I really enjoyed my service and the new cold foam options they are offering. I didn't enjoy the messy seating and large amount of young students.
(Still five stars because they can't just kick out their young customers haha)
Candice and Isabella and Valeria go above and beyond here! My wife and I are in here at least twice a week! We always feel well taken care of and enjoy every visit! It feels like a second home! Candice runs such a great Starbucks and team, it is a well oiled machine! I hope her district manager sees this review! Thank you Candice and team for everything you do! Defiantly the best Starbucks in the DFW area! Must visit!
This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. No extremely long wait time, no rude workers and they make your order exactly how you ask. Love it 10/10 ;)

I have been here 20 times and every single time I come the food is solid. Fresh ingredients, delicious meats and crispy fries. Definitely recommend this spot. It's our go to for gyros!
