I was so excited when they opened up, and they had a drive-through! I've gotten to know the staff that have been there since day one and they are super nice and very hard working. Now, as for the staff that come and go and upper management, they aren't so great. The days when I have to interact with new staff, I just take it in stride.
I would say 95% of the time, my order is correct.
The inside is always clean and I am sure it can be good for big groups.
I have yet to get coffee and hang out inside, mostly because I'm usually on my way to work.
The barista does not know what "light ice" means. I watched over 1.5 INCHES of my paid-for-beverage poured down the drain because the cup was verry full of ice. The attached photo shows how generous they were with ice not leaving room for the beverage. Oh, photo taken about 20 mins after the order so some ice melted. Need to make sure baristas can read.
Just opened like 6 months ago, this Starbucks is super busy “the drive through wrapped around the building” but with more employees than I can count with both hands, the service is fast and efficient.
I ordered a decaf coffee with 1/2&1/2 “2 sugars”
Unfortunately the coffee tasted bitter, so this location gets a Meh.
I think Starbucks needs to improve their training of employees. I'm beginning to think that many employees don't know the difference between an extra pump and an extra shot. The major inconsistencies in my drinks is beginning to drive me away. It's just better to make my coffee at home now. At least I know what I'm gonna get.
The atmosphere here is just awful. The lighting is so harsh and the music is always way too loud when I come in here, usually around 7 or 8pm after work to meet with friends. Maybe it’s the closing manager, but this music is seriously so loud it’s rude. The baristas are usually respectful in interactions but I seriously don’t understand why any of them think it’s okay to blast music this loud.
The drive-thru line is ridiculously long on a Friday afternoon. We opted to go inside and the wait was not better. I recommend ordering ahead and picking it up if you need your drink faster.
The relaxed atmosphere that is standard in a typical Starbucks with the beautiful mountain views seen through the glass walls. Conveniently located in town center in a commercial plaza. Parking is limited and can get difficult to locate.
I just need to buy some stocks now I already spend enough money with you guys lol, to the moon Starbucks!.
Came for a visit as I was in the area on a Tues afternoon. Greeted by amicable staff, decently service time as there were a few people waiting orders. Grabbed an lavender chai latte. Was good, not too sweet. Great space and ambiance inside, not loud
Staff is soo friendly. I shop at Goodwill every week and usually stop by at Starbucks inside of Safeway. The coffee is always made exactly the way I like it. Brown Sugar Oatmilk is my new favorite choice 1/2 caf with some splenda ððð¼
Great staff and great burgers as all other locations!
Very friendly staff took our orders in a very efficient way and the burgers are just made as we ordered!
One of the staff are constantly making his rounds inside and outside of the restaurant to
Best burger Iâve had in a while. Ordered a normal deluxe burger and was incredibly surprised. Iâve never been here even though I grew up in Gilroy. Disappointed I just tried it now. And the service is too good. Atmosphere is a bit rough but itâ

The bread was amazing! I got the classic with no hot peppers and it was delicious. Garlic fries on point and the service was great. Welcoming and made you feel appreciated that you spent your hard earned money at their place.
What a gem! The Unagidon is so tender and delicious. Fish in the Sashimi plate is very fresh. The vegetable tempura is 9/10. We also had Ikura and itâs yummy too. We will definitely come back for more date nights.
Truly a hidden gem among theme parks. It has variety of attractions for all the ages, a garden, water play area, rides and at an affordable price. You can definitely think of getting an annual pass here. There were some comments on being not well m
It was a cute little hike on a rainy day. It has historical information on the local tribes and features some of the stones they would use to grind up acorns. Would love to come back with my kiddo. Good for kids and could even see this as a food fiel
What a great place to sit out in the beautiful light of late summer and enjoy some great wine. We had the sparkling Rosè, which is just perfect for a warm evening.
We also had live music and Momâs Molè (EXCELLENT). I a, going to watch for their
