The server at the drive-through was excellent. She cheerfully fulfilled my order as I asked. I'm lactose intolerant, and where another Starbucks nearby failed to comply on repeated visits, my order was perfect.

Coffee tasted disgusting, and the hot Matcha latte was cold and was not mixed correctly. We also waited over 15 minutes at the window to get our order

I've been going in a lot, and usually, they do my order right, but these past couple of days, they just ignored the extras. I've also noticed new faces, so maybe its because they are new, but i ask for the extras they repeat it back to me and then dont do it. Its just annoying that i ask for the same thing every day i go through and they get it wrong.

I recently came here with a friend of mine, and we had place mobile orders and entered the drive-through line, as we told the barista that we had mobile orders, she gave us attitude and sass about placing the mobile order and not giving them enough time. As we are both previous Starbucks employees, we know that sometimes this may happen, but we should always prioritize the people that have their mobile orders sent and are in the store or in the drive-through and make the other drinks later. it was very unnecessary for her to lecture us about this. When we didn’t even put the mobile order in super fast, it was about 2-3 minutes before hand.

I don’t usually leave good reviews because most places are just okay, but this place is amazing. Sometimes they’re low on staff and take longer but with their service, it’s so worth it. They go above and beyond to help you. I couldn’t pick a drink and the lady helping me found me my new favorite drink. They’re so kind and I don’t think I’d go to another store

Don't order ahead. Today, I ordered 23 before I got here and am still waiting. Drive thru is way faster

I specifically asked for a chai latte light on ice and the cup.was almost all ice. !!!! And I gave a good tip for this!! Not OK. Is expensive and then to pay for a cup of ice is not OK.

I go to this particular Starbucks because it's closest to my home, they always make my Mocha Frappuccino, just the way I like it, until TODAY. After I waited in the drive thru, went to place my order just like I always ask for 2 extra expresso shots and the person taking my order told me she could not do this. What? I have been ordering like this forever here, she insisted: NO, WE DO NOT MAKE IT WITH EXTRA ESPRESSO SHOTS. Well now, my question is, what have they been putting in my Frappuccino if it's NOT EXPRESSO? They charge extra for each shot? I have paid for it, now they are telling me THEY DO NOT MAKE IT WITH EXTRA ESPRESSO SHOTS!!! So I canceled the request. She did not apologize or say anything else. I really hope that she was a new employee and just was not aware of how these are ordered...I'm going to go back tomorrow, just to give it another chance, but instead of drive thru.....I'm going to walk in. I have questions since I have my order requests on my phone on their app. I'm confused and was not a happy person today.
