Starbucks - Coffee shop in Albuquerque - 8201 Golf Course Rd NW, USA

They served a drink that wasn’t even completely full and pretty melted. Worker obviously didn’t make enough and decided that it was fine instead of making some extra to fill up the cup. That’s lazy in my opinion and I paid 7$ for this drink that wasn’t even full. Very disappointed and likely won’t come back or recommend this Starbucks to others. It’s happened a few times before but never this bad and it’s my final straw. If you’re by another Starbucks it’s worth the few extra minutes to go there instead.

I love Starbucks’ pink drinks and London fogs, but my visits to this particular location have been a bit frustrating. While I enjoy the drinks when they’re made correctly, it seems that getting the order right can be a challenge here. What’s even more unfortunate is the way the staff reacts when I ask for corrections. I believe in the importance of consistent service and friendly interactions, which unfortunately seem to be lacking at this branch. I hope the team can work on improving these aspects to create a better experience for all customers.

2 stars because the drive thru people are nice but everytime I have tried their drinks because people convince me to give starbucks another try they taste like fish water or perhaps what I imagine drinking toilet water would taste like. My tongue is literally burning this was so gross.

Apparently the managers name is Sarah. I ordered on mobile for a grande white chocolate mocha. After waiting exactly 8 minutes past the estimated time, I decided to walk up to the register and ask if it was being made. I was the only person inside the store so I figured they forgot. She said it was only ordered 13 minutes ago after looking at the sticker on the cup. It actually was 19 minutes and not 13 minutes but she decided to give me an attitude smirking and saying " uh ok man whatever". She said she was the manager while rolling her eyes. So I just wanted to write a review and send a complaint to corporate as well for this type of customer service.

This Starbucks is just what you would expect, efficient, friendly and clean! It’s also a lot bigger inside than what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!

Haven't been in a Starbucks in ages - located in a semi-hostile urban traffic scape, in a strip-mall parking lot, this shop is a pleasant oasis of perfectly climate controlled air, bright natural light, and comfy seating (indoor and outdoor). The young and courteous baristas expedited my order remarkably fast, and my drink was perfect (plain, delicious, iced tea). I'll definitely stop by to enjoy again.

This is our regular Starbucks. The staff is great. Always friendly, patient with kids. We appreciate them.

inadequate drive through. the line is going all the way out to golf course and then almost to the intersection of paseo and golf course. unsafe for the public, not wortht he wait and flat out ridiculous. This business should be fined for blocking the road!
