Starbucks - Coffee shop in Roseville - 709 Cirby Way, USA

Open 24hrs? Not exactly. Drive thru 24hrs inside till 8pm.. this needs to be somehow addressed in their description/hours I’m not the only one coming in thinking it’s open later. This would be an awesome location if they at least were open inside to 9 or 10pm. Overall good service pretty friendly staff clean inside and the açaí strawberry black tea lemonade was pretty refreshing on this 105* weather day.

Worst experience of my life driving to this 24-hour Starbucks when they had a sign posted saying they were close for maintenance from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I showed up at 4:05 and was left at the door ignored by four people Even after one of them. Gestured the classic 1 minute finger gesture but then left me at the door for another 5 minutes. I called and was talked to very rudely by a gentleman When I asked about my refund. He reminded me again They just got to work even though I was aware of the issue of their maintenance prior because of co-workers running into the same issue at this Starbucks earlier, AND I had been at the door watching them for about 10 minutes. I put in a mobile order before I got to the store. The order went through and then I got a notification that my order was ready but when I asked about it I didn't get a straight answer. I asked about my refund. I was told I can come back at 4:30 or go to another store which frankly doesn't make any sense when it comes to getting a refund. I wanted to deal with the same person that I was talking to on the phone and when I asked what time he was working until I was brushed off and he reiterated that the Starbucks is open 24 hours. If you're going to be open at 4:30, don't have a sign in your drive-thru that says close from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. additionally, if somebody is at your door with a question and there's four people inside, maybe update your sign or let them know the status has changed.

If you are going to post hours for holidays please make sure they are correct. 7:30pm open time is what the sign said. Rude worker that night made us drive thru the window twice to finally tell us the sign was incorrect?

I walked in, and I found the only smiling faces were the patrons. I waited a while before anyone acknowledged I was at the register. The girl who helped me was very nice and pleasant. The others didn't appear to really like what they do. Such is life. My grande iced oatmilk latte was bland, to say the least, and tasted more like oatmilk than coffee. I wish they would let the espresso finish dripping before they add the milk. Won't be coming to this starbucks anymore, unfortunately. My drink has been bland twice. That's enough for me.

I ordered Ice Tea Matcha Latte without ice, and 5 spoons of matcha. I ordered it on a drive-thru since the store was closed and so I didn't immediately notice that the matcha was made poorly: it was not stirred at all, there were about 8-9 spoonfuls (I asked for only 5), and the foam of the drink was about 2 inches. When I later returned for a refund the store manager said he would not do a refund since I drank more than half of the drink and offered only to remake the drink, even though I had not drunk a quarter of it. I was originally given the drink only 3/4 full. Despite this the store manager argued with me, he was against me, I was not pleasant to communicate with him. As a result, I left the drink and said I would contact customer service. I would like a refund for the drink and compensation for this unpleasant situation

Very good service, the young man was very positive. I ordered a Large Apple Crisp Oat milk Macchiato, with no ice, in addition to this I ordered a large cup of ice. He was very accommodating to me, plus not a negative vibe towards my request! Wish I knew his name to put here, Anyway thankyou 🙏🏽

I called needing help on a holiday item and was helped and greeted in such a way I have never been at any Starbucks location!! The girl I called and spoke to working at this location went over an above for me !! I was looking for a holiday cup an I couldn’t describe it clearly I’ve the phone, so I asked her if I could have her number an FaceTime her if able, and she said yes!! And then she showed me her store’s inventory! Abeling me to see the exact cup I was looking for! And to make the long commute to that location. I sincerely appreciate that customer service and the way I was treated and helped. And again have never been treated like that at any Starbucks, it blew me away.!!! Thank you immensely!!!!!!! For all that you did . I will be calling corporate to make sure you guys get something from them.

I foolishly ordered on the app at 8.55pm. It said pick up at 9.07pm. When I got here, the doors were locked, and none of the employees made eye contact with me or any effort to tell me how to get my drink. So I got in the drive through line. 40 minutes ... FORTY MINUTES LATER IM STILL HERE!!! I can't leave! Absolutely insane!!!
