2 days in a row I place my mobile order and the store isn't opened. This is my usual coffee stop before work. What's the deal???
Nice Starbucks to get your stuff done, use to have three outlets and now only 2
The crew here is so welcoming and warm ❤️ great job Starbucks!
Great service, baristas always make it right! Fast and ready when it says.
I love coming for my Coffe but definitely the people today are terrible service without wanting to help, all bad service👎👎
Great help, friendly baristas, short wait time and CLEAN! Annnd the coffee was ok 😉 Definitely one of the better Starbucks around!
We all know Starbucks. Food is ok. Drinks are extra sugary and familiar. Staff is great helpful and accommodating.
I just took my 10 year son to this location after he told me a bout a successful day he had at hybrid school (school is out by 11:30 AM).
He was excited to have the usual cakepop and try one of the summer refreshments. I asked my son to savor them and have it with lunch or as dessert at home.
Couole of minutes into sitting at the dining table, I hear him laughing while making that empty cup slurp sound " mom look!"
To our surprise the drink was already gone and the cup was unusually filled with ice. Let's just say it was fine after a few short slurps 😄
This sort of thing happens especially now that businesses are picking back up while understaffed. I would have let it go but it had been a special little treat and he'd handled it very well.
Olivia answered and though I said it was just a friendly feedback, she wanted to talk to the manager about it since she remembered my son from a few minutes earlier.
Raymond, the manager, came on to tell me that they would like to accommodate the little guy tomorrow after school with a new drink and a new cake pop.
The accommodation is of course so very kind, but the way both, Olivia and Raymond, made this about a child's experience was personally special.
In today's world and what we have all gone through, especially the kids with ever changing school hybrid hours, it's so important to make such connections. I think the phone call was only 4 minutes long.
But that's it takes sometimes. My son was listening how this friendly feed back went and of course we will be back for more refreshments on the upcoming school year.
Cheers to more smiles, greetings, connections and "thank yous" (from customers), that may only take a minute or two (or at times seconds), but can help model for the next generation.
Fast drive through and extremely friendly staff inside. Very fast to help and get your order in so your time waiting is minimal. Parking ð ¿ï¸ is easy and the outside area is nice to enjoy your beverage.
This place is not far from my job so I wanted to try it! It's little sandwich shop looks like it's family owned.
I love the sandwich. The pastrami bread was really good and the pastrami meat, too.
The only recommendation I would give is to put more s
I found out from family and friends that they were driving all the way out to the San Fernando Valley to get baked goods, specifically the Ube cookies with white chocolate. We didnât go in until accidentally looking for a bubble place and we ended
