Starbucks - Coffee shop in Maumee - 501 W Dussel Dr, USA

Was in and out. Used the restroom which was clean. There were about 4 tables with people inside and a few tables with people outside. It felt a little like how Starbucks used to be with people coming in and hanging out. Good vibe. Drink was made quickly and was tasty. Staff member who took my order was friendly.

Stopped by while traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a drive thru. The layout is really open with a great amount of seating both inside and outside. Looks recently renovated. Was very quiet and not too busy.

*** Be careful driving in and out of this Starbucks!*** The Starbucks is extremely busy and drivers don't seem to pay any attention to what side of the parking lot there on. As for the You don't like the hustle and then I suggest eating outside. Other than that what can I say.... It's a Starbucks not a Cafe. The staff is friendly but very busy.

This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area and very nice. The staff was friendly and efficient with comfortable seating that is also spacious enough that you do not feel you are sitting on top of the those around you. The reason for the 4 star rating issue is due to the fact that the electrical plugs at the window seating do not work.

This starbucks has the longest waits in drive thru anytime I go. I have sat for 20 minutes and not moves 1 inch and had to leave. It just happened at 945am which Is not normally a busy time.

Every time I come here I ask for a warm, or kids temp drink. I'm always handed a scalding hot drink. It takes one hour before it's drinkable. Please listen to the order before making it. I also tried to call in to get the order remade, and a girl shrieked at me over the phone.

I've never been disappointed in any Starbucks until this one. I ordered one of the new Iced Coffees (Brown Sugar Oatmilk) in Venti size. The barisata completely filled the cup with ice. Therefore, I ended up with very little coffee and it didn't taste good. I've ordered the same exact coffee from two other locations (KY and Charlotte de Gaulle Airport) and those two tasted the same, were delicious, and weren't loaded with ice. I hate I wasted my money.

Mobile order was turned off without much acknowledgement from the app. Didn’t find out until I went up to drive thru window. Redirected me to the central ave Starbucks that is out of my way and an inconvenience
