Starbucks - Coffee shop in Lutz - Premium Outlets, 2300 Grand Cypress Drive Tampa, USA

Today I mobile ordered an iced latte and they made me a hot one. They offered to remake it, so i waited. They started to remake the drink, then put the cup down and proceeded to make other drinks. I sat there for 5-8 minutes watching my half made drink sit on the counter. Not to mention the hot drink they made me was a completely different drink than what i ordered. In the past, they’ve filled my drinks half full, made the wrong drink and used the wrong milk (i have an allergy). I’ve yet to have a good experience at this location.

Staff was excessively slow processing orders. More chatting and excuses to customers than producing drink orders.

Great service, I got my order double espresso on ice prepared in no time. Very friendly service and clean inside.

The gentleman was friendly and the service was fast but the tables were dirty and the double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich was pretty tasteless making it very disappointing.

Long line. Seemed to be out of everything. Didn't stay to order something I did not want.

It's expensive Starbucks!! But we had caramel lattes. They were good.
