Never have had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Everyone is nice and gets your order done quickly! Nate at the drive-thru was VERY nice and had an amazing personality! Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

Team member was really rude. I thought Starbucks will be a family friendly environment. I was kick out because my child was playing at the table while the place was empty and was told I had to go. Never coming back to this location. It was an awful experience for me and my family.

Matt, Natasha, and Zeak were so beyond incredible tonight. I was at the window of their drive-through with tears in my eyes (just one of those days kinda thing) and they all made it so much better! I hope these three understand that THEY were the amazing ones today. Thank you to all three of them and I know your kindness will pay forward! ❤️❤️❤️

The worst experience I have had in this place. The bathrooms were dirty, they had no napkins and finally an employee asked us to control the children because according to her she couldn't have children playing, laughing or screaming. We were a group of 11 people, we consumed drinks and food and there was no one else in the place. We felt discriminated against and extremely uncomfortable, I don't think we will consume in this place again.

I come to Starbucks for service, I come to this location all the time and which ever guy worked today at the window 10/1 @3:17 pm WAS HORRIBLE! Drive thru time was well over 10 minutes finally got to the window and he CANT MULTI TASK and seems he doesn’t care about working. My husband and I watched him have a mini melt down taking another order for 5 minutes and watched our drink sit in front of our face. No apology, no care given on customer service and he should definitely NOT BE WORKING THE DRIVE-Thru ever on top of entering my drink in wrong and charging me extra. He’s not that new but definitely needs to be switched positions.

Not only did I find all tables unclean, I also was treated rudely by an employee at the store in Mt. Dora today. When I had waited for a lengthy time for a drink, I asked the person about my order. He responded it’s at the pick-up station. I saw nothing at the station under my initials. I picked up what looked liked was mine only it had whipped cream when I ordered a light. I asked the employee (who all the while acted like he was far too busy to talk to me) why it was not light. He responded as if I was a total nuisance, “it says Jessica on it!, it’s not yours)…..”yours is sitting down there”. I then saw one down there but under different initials. I told him it’s not under my initials…..then he exasperated, “it’s not because there is no name on it!”. I asked why not and why I wasn’t called when it was ready. The employee responded, “I don’t know, I didn’t do the order.” In my opinion, this employee needs an attitude adjustment….Im sure Starbucks management doesn’t need customers being treated like nuisances rather than valued customers.

I was charged by error the customer order who was behind me in the drive thru,kindly the supervisor replaced my order for free. Update! A second good experience, the nice lady at the drive through gave us for free a couple of cake pops , thanks! My most recent visit was on my son birthday he couldn’t download his app for his birthday free drink and the guy who took our order was the sweetest guy, he still allowed my son to get his free drink with his own discount, if he reads this positive review thank you again hun for your excellent service!
