Gabrielle was all smiles today when we ordered. It is always nice to be greeted by a young person with a smile. Our coffees were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to see an adorable service dog.

Ordered my daily norm, a venti hot chocolate with caramel and caramel drizzle. At the window was greeted with an attitude, after paying for a venti, was given a grande. Asked for order to be corrected, sales associate argued with me that I did not order a venti, showed them the receipt, and after being made to wait was given a venti size cup that tasted of hot chocolate and coffee mix together. I believe they just put the original grande size drink that they gave me in the beginning in a venti size cup, mixed with coffee or that already had coffee in it

Love going in and watching the madness of them making all of the different coffees and food items. My latte was good. Had good, friendly service.

This is my first time visiting this location in West Ga but they were absolutely pleasant and the service was quick and they also double checked my order which I absolutely love. The line became crowded rather quickly but it moved at a steady pace. I ordered the vanilla bean Frappuccino with whipped cream and it was totally delicious and served with a smile. This so far is a really great location. If you are in the area stop by and I promise you will not be disappointed

Very unorganized staff that can't handle a crowd. Most if our order was prepared quickly but they forgot my wife's coffee. She brought it to their attention and played it off as it was still in the order queue. However, three orders behind us were filled before we complained. They had just skipped it and didn't want to admit it. It took nearly 20 minutes to get her coffee.

Horrible customer service. I did a mobile order through the app and was not allowed to pick up in the drive thru. I was told to come inside or go around and get back in the drive through line. The manager at this location needs to think about the overall customer experience when it comes to the service level and satisfaction of the client because it is completely ridiculous to make someone go all the way back around versus pulling the order as if I just ordered in the drive through. Training is needed in regards to the client experience. Never going to this location again I would rather go into the Kroger where they take the client experience to another level.

Ordered the Carmel Macchiato and the ingredients were separated in the cup. The server explained that if I wanted it mixed I should have asked for it to be flipped 😝 Really 😕 I tried stirring it myself but to no avail the Carmel still settled in the bottom of the cup. Wow 😮 3 coffee's were sitting on the counter and they were all mixed except mine 😕😝 Who orders coffee and has to ask to have it flipped 🙃

I spent 25-30 mins in the drive thru waiting for mobile order cup of coffee. When I finally got to the window the girl is taking her sweet time and tried charging me for the wrong order. To top it off my ice coffee cup was cracked and leaking. I won't be back.
